Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a car from you over the Easter weekend; however, the vehicle did not come with a V5C document.  I have a private registration plate that I would like to transfer onto my new vehicle, but I am unable to proceed without the V5C. I contacted the DVLA this weekend and was advised that the document has not yet been processed or received. I also spoke with a member of your team, who mentioned that V5C applications are only submitted once a month. I find this difficult to understand, and if correct, it is quite concerning. Unfortunately, the after-sales service so far has not been a very positive experience. Could you please confirm when I can expect to receive the V5C, or when the application was submitted? I recently visited the dealership to purchase a car and worked with Gernell. He was very professional and approachable throughout, making the process straightforward. During the test drive, he provided clear information and took time to address my questions, which helped me feel confident in my decision. What stood out most was how genuine he was—our conversation felt natural, not focused solely on the sale, which I appreciated. The experience went smoothly, and I’m really pleased with my new car. Having someone like Gernell guide me through made it easy and enjoyable.

The showroom staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They also weren't pushy. There was plenty of time to look over the vehicle before the test drive which went well, although I felt it could have been a little longer to get a proper feel for the car. Negotiations over the part exchange were handled efficiently and resulted in an agreeable price. The handover also went well and time was allowed to remove everything from the old car into the new one. Overall, very satisfied. However once we arrived home I discovered that the valetting could have been better, as while the outside looked clean, under the bonnet and round the door closures were covered with what looked like a thick layer of lime dust, possibly the car had been through a deep, lime filled puddle and been sprayed with it. This should have been checked and cleaned properly before handover. Also it took some time to discover how to re-initialise the software for a new owner: this also should have been done before handover. The average, non-technical person would definitely have struggled with this. Other than those two points I was happy with the process and would consider dealing with V12 another time.

Jessica was brilliant, she went through everything with me and took me for a test drive, so that was good. The Mercedes CLS has been brilliant as well.

A refreshing change to the buying a car experience. Very knowledgeable staff, courteous, un pressured and informed at each step of buying a car. Kelton was exceptional. Only one negative, if you have an appointment there's no booking in system so witnessed someone without an appointment being served first delaying mine.

I am loving the Suzuki, it is lovely. Everything was brilliant at the dealership, I think the salesman's name was Kaliem, he was great. I’d definitely rate it a 5 out of 5. Overall

Tony at V12 Sports and Classics was brilliant, he sorted everything out for me and was quick and easy to communicate with, and my new Nissan Qashqai has been all good.

Jessica was really nice and spoke everything through clearly with me and my cousin, which made the whole process easy and helped with the decision. My new Golf felt like an obvious upgrade from my previous car, and it’s been easy to get settled into as it’s quite similar in size. I’d definitely recommend it to others, as I can't think of anything major, maybe some negotiation on the price.
