Friendly staff and efficient

Robin the salesman was very good, he was easy to talk to, communication was good - he is a overall good salesman. The car I bought was a Range Rover Evouqe and other than an issue with the arm rest which was broken and then replaced and fixed its all been ok and generally happy with it. I did find the wait times at the dealership a bit lengthy if they can shorten this wait times or explain on why you are waiting this would be a great improvement.

The whole process buying my Clio from V12 was easy, and a pleasurable experience. The only thing I can say is when I didn't take up the added extras as it was out of budget you could see the disappointment in the salesman's face, but that said the salesman Jon was good and the Clio has been sound, no trouble at all.

It was a good experience buying from V12, Robin the salesman was really good and make it comfortable. I did notice the process looking at the vehicle felt a little rushed but other than this it was a good experience and I would go back.

No complaints. The Toyota Corolla is nice and, at the moment, it’s working well. . I’ve only had one little issue with a mark on the dashboard and the dealership have said i can take it back at some point. already recommended V12 Sports and Classics to my friend, and I’m also looking at another two or three cars. I keep checking to see if another car becomes available as I’d consider buying another one from them.

I’ve only had the Golf for about three weeks, and I’m still getting used to it being an automatic, but it’s a lovely car, and I’ve had no problems with it yet. There are a lot of things on it, particularly the driver assist and all the beeping, which I’m still getting used to. When I first went down, it was good, and the chap who went out with me, who I think was called Anthony or Tony, was spot on and a gentleman. When I went to collect the car, the person I was dealing with wasn't in, and they weren't aware I was coming, which was a little bit stressful. The manager did ring and apologise afterwards. Apart from the collection experience, everything was alright, and I’m happy with the car.

BMW 3 Series seems alright and it’s not bad when I drive it. Khalil answered my questions and took me for a test drive and it was sound, to be honest. I’ve already recommended V12 to a few people, and a few people have gone there based on my recommendation.

My experience at V12 was great. The staff were very helpful and the woman who handled the documents was lovely and really nice.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from V12 and everything was okay and the service was really helpful. Just one downside is the car was missing floor mats and I do feel it could have been cleaned better.

Everything with the communication went fine. I pointed out a problem during the test drive and was told it didn’t need a new tyre and would be sorted. When the MINI was delivered, I was told it had been dealt with and would clear itself, but the problem remained. But apart from that one issue, everything has been fine, so overall I'd give the dealership a four star rating.
