I've been following V8 Vault on Instagram for a few months as they appeared to be a decent dealer with over 6k followers and some what I thought was decent looking stock. Ben had advertised a Nara Bronze L322 that, from the photos looked to be stunning and in great condition with some great spec including and Overfinch GT Body kit, Piano Black steering wheel etc.. I sent a driver up to collect on my behalf, it is not a drivers responsibility to check whether the vehicle he is collecting is the same one in the photos. Yes you know where this is going. I have in fact been royally tucked up. The actual car is not the car which was in the photos and I have thoroughly been misled. Not only was there variations in spec, The Instagram description stated it has 126k miles when it actually had 131k miles, it was advertised with FSH, it came with 2 service invoices and no service book. It was also advertised as being in superb condition and is far from it. Ben told me that in fact he'd thought he undersold it to me. The audacity! I have sent 2 recorded letters to his registered addresses and they have been returned back to me by Royal Mail so his registered addresses are non existent, he will not reply to text or email! You must AVOID this dealer. V8 Vault aka V8 Group or Ben Thomas.

I never give top marks, so 4 stars is the highest I can give—unless Ben decides to give me a car for free, then I might consider 5 stars! That said, Ben is a decent bloke and it was a positive car-buying experience overall. I got my Jaguar at a good price, and so far everything's working well.

So far my experience with my Range Rover has been great. There are a few minor issues scheduled to be resolved in December, but I’ve found V8 Vault to be very responsive and proactive in addressing them. I also appreciated the absence of any pushy sales tactics during the purchase process, which made the experience even better. No complaints.

Ben was a delight to deal with and has a huge depth of knowledge and passion for what he does. Everything was spot on; clear and easy communication, great service and perhaps most importantly, a fantastic selection of cars - I’m sad I could only walk away with one of them! Thank you Ben.

I flew in over the weekend to buy a car from Ben. He was rapid with communication and accommodated the purchase outside normal working hours.
