They have a great selection of stock, are friendly, approachable and honest. Nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge is some of the best I have experienced. Purchased a VW Transporter from Dave & Lynn at Vanfair Ltd. Really good value for money in the marketplace, excellent product knowledge and exceptionally well presented, unlike a lot of commercial vehicles I’ve seen for sale.. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY USED VAN.

I am disappointed by the service provided at the dealership by a woman attendant. She lied to me that vehicle was available and arranged an alternative customer without properly notifying me.

Hi Bek, I feel very disappointed that despite holding the truck for you without a deposit which we never do you blame us for selling it to someone else, you told us your finance was approved but that was at odds with what your finance company told us, you said you would not pay a deposit until you had seen it (fair enough) but failed to come and view it, we informed you we had someone else on their way and then you offered a deposit but they were travelling and you had 4 days to do that, once again we have a bad review from someone who has never dealt with us and blames us for their lies and inability to comprehend the facts, Dave

Incredibly helpful people! Really easy, smooth transaction. Very knowledgeable. Van was just as described and better than the photos could show. There was a squeaky auxiliary belt tensioner that I was made aware of when I purchased the van and was told if it hadn’t stopped, to bring it back for replacement to which they rectified promptly. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks again!

Agreed a purchase, left a deposit and I suspect they got a closer offer which was easier for them so they cancelled my order. Very disingenuous and disappointing. They claimed to be straightforward. The day after they cancelled. Y order the van was off Autotradr so clearly been sold elsewhere. Avoid tyem

thanks for you review mr c, i am very surprised you claim we are disingenuous when you placed a deposit on a vehicle done 123000miles and then started sending messages about an mot advisory reg a few small chips on the screen, you wanted us to deliver the vehicle to glasgow which is 460 miles from us and we were concerned you would not be happy with the condition and expecting the truck to be unmarked which is not a realistic expectation considering the price and mileage, we had to make a call based on the fact that you are a twenty hour return trip from us that would cost us £600 if you decided not to proceed which would be your right, the vehicle dropped of the autotrader on time actually and did not sell to someone else and maybe before you set out to falsely to damage a companys reputation you could get your facts right, sorry you feel as you do but it was to greater risk for us to take, if you had been 150 miles away we would have taken the chance, dave
