Since VR is pretty close to home, they were my first stop when I was looking for a small runaround. The Ford Focus they had was perfect! It was a petrol engine and just the right price for me. I've dealt with Sam before when I purchased my last vehicle from here, so I knew what to expect while I was getting my Mercedes. The only reason for giving 4 stars is because the car was meant to come with a fresh MOT but it wasn't done in time before collecting it. I did receive a discount off an MOT though, to make up for it.

I don't give top marks but nothing comes to mind that I think could of gone any differently. It was a last minute purchase, and Rob was sound about this. The whole process was a dead smooth and straight forward. He even stayed open late on a Sunday to get everything sorted.

Great customer service from the team, I can't fault them at all. There was no pressure at all to go ahead with the car. I have a big commute, so I'm using the car all the time and it's been brilliant.
