When I was buying my car From Nick at VR EPS it was a hard day because I had trouble with the insurance and we we were on the phone all day nearly but he was good help to me. He even took me up to the bank, because I had to do with transfer because because I didn't I didn't know the area which was kind. That said, even tho it is some distance from me I would make that journey again.

Nick the salesman when I bought our 3 Series from them was five stars! can't thank him enough for what he did for us. He did everything that we wanted and it was perfect. He showed us everything before we got there, he took us for a test drive, he was the perfect salesman. To be honest, we've been to a lot of places to buy this car and he was head and shoulders above the other salesman that we've dealt with in other places.

I’m enjoying the BMW I bought. I’d read good reviews online for this dealership and when I went to the dealership it turned out to be the best car. Rob was really nice, told me a lot about the car. I came back for few days later once I had decided. VR EPS are customer friendly and take time to explain things.

I needed family car and Audis are known for their durability, is going very good with the Audi I got. I found it amazing on the day. The dealership itself is in an amazing area, very nice showroom and the people in general are nice . The salesperson who dealt with me was a really nice person, very supportive and explained the process which was fairly quick and seamless.

My Jags great, I’m loving it. One of my friends told me to look there as they have bought there before. I saw it online and it caught my eye. Staff were all great. It was dead easy, easy to deal with and straight forward. I would definitely recommend V12 EPS.
