This is the 3rd time I have bought from VR EPS, they are consistently good at what they do, the cars are of a great quality and the staff are always helpful and friendly. This time around I bought a Audi SQ8, and its really nice and running well.

From finding the Fiesta on Autotrader to driving away in it, the process has been really good. I found the advert transparent, there was no hidden surprises. Through the sale Martin was lovely, and I couldn't say a bad word about him. I've had the car some a little bit of time now and its perfect and I love it. Would return if the opportunity pops up!

I ended up going to VR EPS to a specific car. They had a Land Rover Defender with the spec I was after, it was the one! I dealt with Rob and he was brilliant, I would happily use them again if I saw the right car there in the future.

Since having the Mazda that we bought from these guys in January, the engine management light came on. When I contacted them to discuss, they had the car back in very quickly with no questions asked. They have supplied us with a courtesy car free of charge. We couldn't ask more from them, we are looking forward to getting the Mazda back soon.

Honestly, as a customer I have never been tret so well. Glen was a wonderful gent throughout the purchase of our Mercedes, We had a similar one that we part exchanged but it was time for a upgrade. Glenn wasn't pushy, answered all questions and gave us time too look around the car. Service like this is hard to come by but it was a pleasure to spend money with them. Today I took the car out for the first time with the roof down and it was glorious, I absolutely love the car and would buy a car from VR EPS again, I would happily give them 10 stars if I could.

Since VR is pretty close to home, they were my first stop when I was looking for a small runaround. The Ford Focus they had was perfect! It was a petrol engine and just the right price for me. I took it for a test drive and thought it was a great little car, so the rest's history. Big thanks to the team for being so relaxed and helpful throughout the whole purchase.
