My experience with VR was very good. I enquired over WhatsApp regarding a vehicle I saw on autotrader. An appointment was arranged quickly for me to view the vehicle. Sam was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car and VR policies. The purchase was very easy, service very good and the car was prepared to a high standard ready for collection. Could not fault them. I am at the point now where in a few years when I want to change cars and they don't have the car I want, I will ring them and ask them to source it for me, as I was that happy with the service. It is a ten out of ten for me.

I purchased a Range Rover Sport from VR EPS, and everything has been good so far. The car is good, and I’ve had no issues with it. At the dealership Martin was the person I dealt with who was helpful, the whole process was straightforward. I am very pleased with my Range Rover Sport.

We were in the market for a bigger car as we have a little one due any day and saw the Jaguar F-Pace advertised at VR EPS, we did most of the communication on WhatsApp as we live a distance away and it was spot on. I just went down to the dealership to collect the car. We haven't had any problems.

My wife found the Discovery Sport online, which we were looking specifically for the Discovery Sport. VR EPS had the best specifications of Discovery's in the country, which is why we went for that one in the end. We dealt with Sam at the dealership, and he was great. We would 100% recommend the dealership to others.

The service we received was excellent, the information regarding the car we bought was really informative regarding past owner and the service history. Everything from the service checks and vehicle delivery happened within a few days, I actually received a call a few hours early to say the vehicle was ready for collection. Thanks you all at VR EPS especially Rob, who took the time to explain and set up the personalised settings on the car I wanted before my departure.
