Fine with the car. I went to VR EPS as they had the car I wanted. Martin was excellent. I couldn’t fault him to be honest. Excellent communication. I probably would use them again in the future.

No problems with the dealership, Rob was very professional. This was my first time using them but I was confident to buy because the car had low mileage, seemed a decent motor and I got a fair price for mine.

I’m enjoying the BMW I bought. I’d read good reviews online for this dealership and when I went to the dealership it turned out to be the best car. Rob was really nice, told me a lot about the car. I came back for few days later once I had decided. VR EPS are customer friendly and take time to explain things.

I needed family car and Audis are known for their durability, is going very good with the Audi I got. I found it amazing on the day. The dealership itself is in an amazing area, very nice showroom and the people in general are nice . The salesperson who dealt with me was a really nice person, very supportive and explained the process which was fairly quick and seamless.

It going sound with the Skoda I purchased from VR EPS. I looked online and arranged a test drive. Staff were very nice, Glen was friendly.

My Jags great, I’m loving it. One of my friends told me to look there as they have bought there before. I saw it online and it caught my eye. Staff were all great. It was dead easy, easy to deal with and straight forward. I would definitely recommend V12 EPS.

Spot on with the BMW I bought from VR EPS, can't complain. I’d seen it on Autotrader and it was pretty smooth after that. Did the deal over the phone. Nick helped me, got his Whats app and he sent videos and pictures. If I wanted anything he was usually there. Car was spot on when I collected. Had a quick test drive, one of the other fellas jumped in with me and I had a test drive up and down the road. I was happy with everything and I was away pretty quick.

VR EPS had the particular model I was after, its quite rare and I got a good deal. I spoke to them over the phone and they were brilliant. Glen was excellent. Couldn’t do better to help me purchase it. Excellent communication, everything was 5*. They went above and beyond, nothing I can say negative.

My experience with VR was very good. I enquired over WhatsApp regarding a vehicle I saw on autotrader. An appointment was arranged quickly for me to view the vehicle. Sam was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car and VR policies. The purchase was very easy, service very good and the car was prepared to a high standard ready for collection. I opted for PCP which was sorted all in house. Great experience and a lovely car, would definitely recommend

Could not fault them. I am at the point now where in a few years when I want to change cars and they don't have the car I want, I will ring them and ask them to source it for me, as I was that happy with the service. It is a ten out of ten for me.
