The service we received was excellent, the information regarding the car we bought was really informative regarding past owner and the service history. Everything from the service checks and vehicle delivery happened within a few days, I actually received a call a few hours early to say the vehicle was ready for collection. Thanks you all at VR EPS especially Rob, who took the time to explain and set up the personalised settings on the car I wanted before my departure.

I have had about 4 cars now from VR EPS and every time it has been a good experience. Personally, I could not fault them, they provided me with a courtesy car throughout and communication provided when needed.

The service from VR cars has been very good indeed. The Audi E-tron was within the price bracket I was interested in, a good value for money. All in all, pleased with the service, they had a lot of expensive cars inside, but I felt like I was getting that same treatment when it came to the purchase.
