My Honda HR-V seems fine for the time I've had it so far. It was delivered to Glasgow at the exact point the gentleman said it would arrive. The gentleman were always quick to respond to anything related with the car and for that, I can't fault them. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Where to even start? I couldn't be happier with my Land Rover Discover it's a lovely car, and while I haven't had the chance to tow the caravan yet, I'm looking forward to when I get around to it. The service I received while I was at the dealership has been outstanding. Glen provided great communication throughout the whole process, always being quick to respond. He followed through on everything he promised, which I really appreciated. Despite living in Warrington for years without knowing about this dealership, I'm glad I found them now. The service they provided was second to none. I would happily recommend them to others and would definitely visit them again in the future.

I absolutely love my Jaguar F-Pace, it's a fantastic car and I'm delighted with everything about it. The car has been spot on since the day I got it. Martin was brilliant throughout the entire process because he was professional and very helpful before, during, and even after the sale. I initially had an electric car in mind, but Martin took the time to inform me about the differences and shared his thoughts and feelings. I can't sing Martin's praises enough. The service and advice he provided were exceptional.

Initially, I dealt with Glen when I first visited this dealership, who was more than happy to answer all my questions, offer a test drive, and assist me wherever I needed. I always felt respected and given the space to thoroughly inspect the car before making my decision. Once I was happy to go ahead with the car, we arranged a day for me to come back and collect it, which is when I met Rob. Rob handled the handover, and like Glen, he was incredibly friendly and easy to get along with, which made the whole process very enjoyable. I wouldn't change a thing about my experience. I'd definitely come back. I've since taken the car down south and it's been great.

My BMW 8 Series has been nothing short of perfect, just like my experience with the dealership. I've already put 5,000 miles on it and couldn't be happier. This was my first time visiting VR EPS after finding them on Autotrader. I was interested in a BMW 4 Series, but I spotted the 8 Series at the top of my search results. I made an enquiry on the same Thursday night and received a prompt response. They kept me well-informed throughout the financing process and were regularly in touch! Originally we scheduled to pick up the car on Saturday, but I cheekily asked if I could collect it on Friday, which they accommodated without hesitation. They even arranged to pick me up from the train station. Throughout the entire process, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They managed to get the car for me under budget, which was great. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My Jaguar F-Pace is treating so far, touch wood! I'd never been to this dealership before because I had a dealership that was closer to me where I got my cars, but a friend suggested I check out their stock. I'm glad I did! They had loads of cars to choose from, and Simon was the one who took care of me. He was a good lad who really knows his stuff. I think I've found my new dealership.

I recently bought two Mercedes from this dealership, and both are running as expected, without any issues. This isn't my first time purchasing a car from here, and once again, I'm impressed by the quality of their cars and the level of customer service they provide. It's the consistency in both that keeps me coming back, and I'll definitely continue to get cars from them in the future. Keep up the good work!

I'm loving my new BMW! It's been perfect for getting to football matches and work. I haven't had the chance to really test its speed yet, if you catch my drift but it drives well for the most part. For my first time buying a car at this company, it couldn't have gone any better.

We already love our Tesla Model Y from VR EPS! It's our first electric car, and it's been such an eye opener, especially with the convenience of plugging it in at night. Driving it has been so easy, its almost like a go-cart for adults. Our experience at VR EPS was fantastic, they were very welcoming, and since we hadn't had any experience with an electric car before, they were able to tell us everything we needed to know. They gave us all the time we needed to make a decision, and honestly, we would be happy to get another car from here.
