Simon was absolutely brilliant he looked after throughout and kept me informed. Credit where credit is due - I went to VR EPS with the intention of buying something completely different but Simon sold me on the car I ended up buying. He introduced me to a Mini, a John Cooper Works, I have never really seen one in that much detail before and didn't know much about them... I ended up driving away with the Mini which was a total 360 on my original plan... I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I have never been to VR EPS before but I found a Ford Ranger online with them and it was exactly what I wanted. The car is perfect its all going very well, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I certainly will be returning when the time comes to get something new. The sales person at VP ERS Warrington did a fantastic job, he was a really nice guy and very good at what he does. This dealership comes with my recommendations!

I recently moved over to the electric side and swapped my Audi Q5 for a brand new electric Porsche Taycan, being the first electric car I have owned, I was a hesitant as to what to expect. The car is beautiful to drive I'm super pleased with it and its performance. The showroom is spectacular they have some seriously stunning cars on display there. I recommend paying them a visit and checking them out for yourselves. I'd like to thank Martin at VR EPS he was excellent, I would certainly use Martin and VR EPS again when it is time for an upgrade, but for now I'm going to thoroughly enjoy the Porsche.

Its not very often you deal with the owner of a business, not when its as prestige as VR EPS. I can't remember his name but he was a pleasure to deal with, he was very very good, very quick, efficient everything ran super smooth, the process was thorough and detailed. We turned up after agreeing the deal and the car was clean, shiny and ready to rock and roll! I bought a BMW X5 and its stunning... so far, so good. We have just been on holiday in the car and it treated us perfect, needs a good clean mind there's sand all over the place 😂

I have been here to purchase a vehicle two times now, I purchased my previous car from Rob and I got my new Porsche form VR EPS too. I came back because the customer service is literally awesome, every time without fail. I will forever use VR EPS in Warrington!

I really love the Mercedes E-Class, I've not put that many miles on the clock yet but i'm looking forward for when I do. The knowledge around the dealership is amazing, these guys know cars like the back of their hand.

I have now bought 4 cars from VR EPS and I know a good few of the staff now and some in particular really helped me out, I mean they are all as good as each other but I know some more better than others. Like I said, I've had 4 cars from these guys, a Polo, then a Fiesta, another car and now the BMW and I have never been let down once. What brings me back here, it's the customer service, its great, hands down amazing. I will continue to point everyone I come across in your direction!

I must say these guys are absolutely marvellous, what they do them lads are golden. Ill be back to buy another car, you know this. They are so so great at what they do, what a good team! I called up just to let them know I had the tiniest bit of flaking on the paint work on my car and they were so quick to say 'bring it in we will get it sorted' with no quibble and no quarms what so ever. I love the Jaguar XF, it's a great car and its everything I ever wanted. I cant knock VR EPS in anyway shape or form! They deserve nothing but 5 big golden stars.
