Sam was a great help when going through with the purchase of my Kia Sportage. he was a nice young lad and did everything he could to ensure that I was happy. What a dealership these are. They are professional, helpful and better than any main dealer I have ever been to. It was simple, straight forward and a very easy and efficient purchase! The salesmen were a great bunch to work with as well, although professional they were easy to talk to and made it a really enjoyable experience, we got on well and had a laugh. My BMW is great, it's a truly wonderful motor and is better than I ever expected it to be! The service was absolutely brilliant, they were very friendly and I felt welcomed in their dealership, it was a lovely day out and fantastic to see some of the super cars they have, its incredible. VR EPS in Warrington have outdone themselves with my gorgeous A1, I honestly couldn't be happier if I tried! They were friendly, helpful, courteous and extremely polite and professional... just really nice garage to deal with, and one where you feel in safe hands. The salesman was incredibly helpful in showing me around the car and answered all of my many questions. I arrived and they had presented the car beautifully, it was spotlessly clean, shiny, and smelt amazing, without looking at the reg plate, you'd have thought it was brand new! I would happily return again, they were brilliant from start to finish and I came away one extremely happy customer.

Very pleased with my new Volvo S90 and the amazing experience that came with buying it from VR.
