Such an easy process to buy our new family car from VR EPS in Warrington, not only was the car pretty much bob on, the customer service from the guys down there stole the show. Really friendly and knowledgeable, extremely helpful throughout. We have had our Audi Q7 for about a month now and we are really enjoying it, it hasn't let us down and most importantly the kids love it!

The entire process was incredibly straightforward, with no complications. While I wasn't thrilled with the price I received for my part-exchanged Range Rover, I understand that's just the nature of the market for those vehicles these days. Was looking for an Audi TT. I saw one with VR. E-mailed a couple of questions and received a quick reply even though it was out of hours. Went to see the car, it was in immaculate condition and was offered a test drive. Whilst taking it out Simon had a look around my car I was trading in. All very efficient going through the sales and paperwork side. Was given a relatively competitive price for the trade in and agreed a price. Was able to pick up the car a few days later and it's been absolutely spot on. Highly recommend VR and Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always available to help and answer questions.

It was my first time visiting this dealership, and Simon made sure to make it a very good/ memorable experience. He answered all of my questions that I had about the Audi A4 and what really gave me a lot of faith in the dealership was the fact that he was so transparent with me and told me EVERYTHING about the car, so it was presented to me as advertised.
