Purchased a van for delivery from Vans Direct, delivery delayed and again delayed to find out today it is delayed again, having to pay for a hire vehicle which they say they will not pay for, beware as they state they are looking at the van you are going to purchase which they have admitted is a lie, still waiting for the van to be delivered but expect it to be delayed and delayed and delayed again...…..

My second van from Scott at Vans Direct very happy got what I was after no fuss all sorted within a few days will buy from theses guys again in the future well done lads and a big thank you.

Beware, this company has sold myself a apparently in stock van. They now say they don't have the model I want. They are refusing to return my £4800.00 deposit. I keep getting we will ring you back soon excuse.

Everything was ok, however needed to get a new tyre but had no keys for the locking nuts so they had to be drilled out. Vans direct have said they will reimburse me for this.
