The Tourneo is doing good, I’m still waiting for the service book and proof of service to be sent over. I’ve brought multiple vans form Vansco.

Happy with the van. I saw a vehicle at another branch but they redirected me to the New Forest branch as they dealt more with vans. The sales staff were nice, everything I asked they helped out with. Process was absolutely fine and the van was ready a couple of weeks earlier than I had planned. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

I love my Mini. I wanted to change my car as it wasn’t worth repairing and wanted somewhere not far from home that had good reviews. When I got to North West Trade Centre a lovely sales guy called John came up to us and asked us a few questions. He built up our confidence that we were in the right place. I couldn’t find what I wanted so I told John and he found the exact vehicle I was after which wasn’t on the forecourt. It couldn’t have worked out any better for us. The car ticked all the boxes, everything about it was right. The Mini had to go back due to an engine management light but I got a courtesy car whilst it was being dealt with. Everybody has been so friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended the dealer to family and they have been down to North West Trade Centre to buy a car. On a non sales related issue, I want to mention Pawel, he was really good aswell.

Vansco New Forest were helpful and got everything done they said they were gonna do. The Tourneo took a longer than we expected to get ready and collect but we did want quite a lot done on it. We started of with Adrian and then we moved to Ben who completed the deal, they were both lovely and very helpful. We saw the Tourneo pop up online and it fitted everything we wanted.

My van is really good. I just passed by the dealership and thought I’d try them. Ben was polite and got it sorted straight away. Bit of work needed on the van and then two days later I drove it away. I will use them again.

We found Vansco had a great selection of small vans to suit our budget. Adrian was a great at keeping in touch with updates when the van flagged an issue when being initially serviced before the handover. Everything was handled very well & with politeness & care. Thank u Adrian. They couldn't of been better.

I have to say the team were great, Helpful and stuck to the sales agreement. Ben is a great communicator, My initial meeting with him led to my purchase.

Getting on fine with the van but I’m waiting for the dealer so sort out some door rubbers on a few doors, other than that no problems. We saw the van on Auto trader. I rang them up, got abit knocked off and they delivered the van to us. There were very nice people at Vansco. The only problem we had was the door rubbers so hopefully they will sort it for me.

I needed a van and Vansco were local to me. Fairly standard process. Ben dealt with me & he was useful. Overall I’m happy.

No problems. I needed a larger van and my brother in law buys his vans from them so he told me to have a look. I gave four stars as somebody went on holiday and then the communication broke down prior to collection, I had to contact them myself. However, the staff were all professional.
