Picking up the Ford Ranger was absolutely fine, although there were a couple of things that were missed at handover which I ended up sorting myself rather than travelling 60 miles back. There was also a warranty issue with a leaking radiator. However, the warranty claim has now been dealt with, and they were very efficient with it. They sorted that perfectly, and it’s all done and dusted now. I would recommend Vansco, and I’ve already told someone to go there.

The Mercedes Citan has been quite good. Overall, they have been good; the service was ok and they even delivered the van for me. On delivery, they waited at the door to make sure it was all good. They were very accommodating throughout the process when I had an issue with the battery, they reimbursed me for the replacement. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Van.

I purchased a Ford Transit Custom from Vansco and, although the turbo blew on the first van, they dealt with the situation really well. The turbo went on Friday, I went down on Saturday morning, explained what had happened, and by Saturday afternoon I was in a brand new van. I asked if I could swap into another van they had rather than wait for repairs, and within about an hour they confirmed it could be done and had it ready for collection later that day. I dealt with Mark and Matt throughout the process. Mark couldn't have helped me any more.
