I purchased a Peugeot Partner, although it's actually my work partner who drives the van, and he loves it I went to the dealership to collect it, and everything there was perfect. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but he seemed okay.

The Nissan was going really well until it stopped charging, but that's a Nissan issue rather than a Vansco issue, and it's booked in under the manufacturer's warranty. My husband mainly dealt with Josh, and he was very helpful throughout. We had one issue with the invoice date because we needed it dated in May after paying before the end of the month, and as soon as we explained it, Josh sorted it out and reissued the invoice for us. We were very happy with the service we received.

I was specifically looking for a Vauxhall Vivaro when I came across it online. I can't remember what website it was on. But when I went down to Vansco, it was Rodney who helped me throughout the process, and he was very good. Based on that, I'd give my experience a five star rating.

So I purchased a van with these guys i cant fault the reps at all but as for the body shop side of things not following job sheets and having to return 3 times was a night mare but the reps looked after me providing me with a cover veichle to get to and from work, I had to wait about 6 weeks to get my van I purchased, but at no fault of the reps they could only go off what was said was done by the body shop and valeters and for me to come in and see these jobs hadn't been done but ive had my van a week now and all is great so far, sales rep 10 out of 10 as for the body shop need work and need to follow the job sheets given

I collected the vehicle from the dealership, I was pretty happy with the service. The team were overworked and understaffed, but they still managed to deal with everything and the young guy I dealt with did a good job. They weren't able to get all the work done on the vehicle that I wanted before collection, but they were very apologetic about it. Overall, I think the experience was pretty good, and I'd recommend Vansco to others. They just need a few more staff to help deal with the volume of customers, but I'd still be happy to recommend them based on my experience.

I bought the newer Vauxhall Vivaro because I'd previously had the older model, and I wanted a newer version. So far, it's been fine with no problems. It's better on fuel, has more technology and comes with more gadgets. I didn't actually visit the dealership, as everything was done over the phone and online after I found the van on their website. The communication was great throughout, and everything went well. I can't complain about anything.

The dealership was bang on! I found the Ford Transit on AutoTrader, and since the purchase, I've been using it mainly for work. It has been good.

This is my first time buying from Vansco. I recently purchased a Vauxhall Combo, it has been all good ever since the purchase. The staff there were very helpful and friendly.

My experience at Vansco was brilliant, and so has the Vauxhall Combo since the purchase back in May.

Rodney, who I was dealing with at Vansco, was all good. Shortly after the purchase I did have a few issues which I contacted them about and had to resolve myself in the end, but other than that, everything else was fine.
