My husband saw the car on the website, and we just went. He wanted a Mercedes. Charles was fine, he was a bit flustered as he was busy with loads of customers. The C Class arrived at our house around an hour after we returned from the dealer ship which was an impressive turnaround!

Thank you for supplying the Fiat 500, the service i received was excellent and very friendly and was left to look at the car and take it for test drive if I wanted. Charles sorted all the paperwork out and look forward to receiving the new logbook in the post, I have passed my experience onto a friend who is looking for a car! My rating is 5

Warwick Hall were pretty good. I got the Civic delivered to me after I purchased it. Overall opinion of them that they are very good and honorable, when I called them regarding some issues with my brakes they offered to cover the costs of the repair. I would definitely give them top marks because they’ve done everything the possibly could and they offered 2 years warranty on the car. If I had a chance to deal with them again I definitely would deal with them again if they had a car I was interested in.

Their response was open and friendly and the purchase was very smooth.They didagood deal on part exchange for my car . Unfortunately I managed to loose my blue badge and Jamie coped with my multiple callsand looked for it for me butsadly didn't find it . Am very happy with my new vehicle !!

I collected a car from this dealer on 7th February. Unfortunately, the vehicle immediately developed a power steering failure. The dealer agreed to repair this at their own cost, which I appreciated. The repair process, however, took over a week and communication was quite difficult. Updates were only provided when we repeatedly contacted them, and there appeared to be internal miscommunication regarding when the vehicle was actually ready. As a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, I was told the car would be ceramic coated and supplied with some fuel. Prior to delivery, I was informed the coating had not been completed due to time constraints. The car also arrived later than the stated delivery window and with no fuel. Around 30 minutes after delivery, the car overheated and redlined, which was extremely concerning. I requested a refund. While the dealer did arrange collection and issue a refund, the amount paid did not fully match what had been agreed, which was disappointing. Overall, although the situation was eventually resolved, the experience was stressful due to the repeated faults, delays, and communication issues. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.
