To be honest, I've not heard my wife mention anything bad about her Nissan Juke and she drives it a lot with her working a the airport, so I think it's safe to say she's happy with it. I was with her on the day of sale and everything went as expected, if not better. The team were always happy to help and even though we went on a Saturday, we always felt very well looked after, and they made plenty of time for us. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Due to personal reasons, my son is looking for a smaller car and both Charles and Phil have been absolutely brilliant about it. They have been very understanding and are currently helping us every step of the way. I can't praise them enough.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil when the car was delivered, and he is such a great guy to get along with. When he arrived in my Citroen C4 he was super helpful, talked me through each feature of the car before leaving it with me. I was happy to see the car was described perfectly! I can say that I got what I paid for.

So far, I've been enjoying my little run-around. It's been a learning curve getting used to all the new gadgets because it's like driving a go-kart! Overall, I'd rate my experience a solid 5 stars. The Mini isn't as big as the Honda I had previously, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I stumbled upon this gem by accident on the internet, and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated throughout the process. Everything I asked to be done was taken care of, and everyone who has seen the car has had nothing but compliments. From the initial browsing online to the final delivery, the whole experience was very enjoyable. I'm still in the process of selling my own car, but I'll get around to it eventually. Even the lad who cleaned the car was brilliant—I appreciate the attention to detail!

3 week since driving away in my Citroen Grand C4 and it's been perfect! I've honestly got no complaints so I've got no reason not to give 5 stars and high praise. The team need to keep up the good work because I've come away from the purchase with a great lasting impression.

While I was speaking to Charlies he was nothing short of brilliant! He really put my mind at ease and as well as Warwick Halls Cars, I was in talks with another garage but I didn't feel as reassured with the other company as I did at this dealership. I needed a reliable car and Charlies personality put me at ease. I would happily get another car from here again, no questions asked.

I need to make another visit to Warwick Halls because I forgot my locking wheel nut, so it will be nice to see the team again but as for the car, it's been perfect! I've already recommended people visit here for their next car.

It's my second time getting a car from here and I'm always impressed with the customer service that the team provides because I always feel very well looked after. On this occasion I went for the Hyundai and for now I'm very happy with it.

No issues whatsoever giving 5 stars for Warwick Hall Cars because everything was carried out very efficiently and within a timely manner. There was no hard sell on the day when I enquired about the car, I was allowed to look around it at my own pace and once I was ready to ask some questions, a member of staff was always happy to help. It's been a brilliant car and I'm very happy with my choice.
