It was my first time visiting this company, and I thought it was a fairly easy process to be honest. I arrived and had a look around without any pressure from the lads. But when I was ready, I approached a salesman for a test drive before I was committed to buying the car. Once I was happy with how it handled/ drove, then I was happy to go through with it. I've had no issues with it so far.

I've always owned Volkswagens, so I'm used to big 2L diesel engines, but with me being 51 I really needed to downsize. I was looking online and found a really tidy Suzuki Vitara with only 45k miles on the clock. Since I only live an hour and a half away, I jumped on the M1 to make my trip down. It was Charles who looked after me through the sales process, and he was a great lad; he told me everything I needed to know and really put my mind at ease with my not owning one before. I ended up part-exchanging my car, and I got more for my car than I expected. I've done a few little trips since I got it, like around town driving, and it's been spot on. It honestly drives like a new car, you wouldn't think it was a 6 year old car!! - Charles is true to his word and very trustworthy.

I drove a long way to this dealership, so I was really relaying on the honesty of the salesman to make sure the car was as described, and luckily it was. I was part exchanging my car in to make my Ford Kuga a little bit cheaper, and I was happy with the deal I was offered. I think I got a fair price for it. The lads were very professional but friendly throughout, and I can't fault my experience.

The Mr's needed a new car, so we took to Autotrader to have a look, and as luck would have it, we found the exact spec we were looking for right at the top of the page. It wasn't that far from us, so we headed straight down to view it. When we arrived, we had a great first impression because it was a lovely dealership. We were greeted on arrival, and once I told him about the car we were interested in, he pulled it out for us to have a proper look at it. I was offered a test drive, but I don't bother with any of that, if I like it, then I'll have it. The lads couldn't have done enough for me, and I'm happy as Larry! Put it this way, if I was in the marker for another car then I would happily return.

It was nice to see that a dealership can still have a good atmosphere. When I walked in the showroom, everything just seemed very chilled, which I liked as it didn't make me feel rushed. I went in to look at the Audi A4 after seeing it online and as soon as I saw the car, I had to have it. Since driving it away, the car has been running smoothly. Its nice to find a dealership that are trustworthy.

I haven't really taken the car out on a massive drive, but I do use it every day for work. The car has been spot on like and the customer service was sound. It was all nice and quick, so I would return if they had a car of interest to me.

Charlie's customer service was excellent. Dare I say it? It was the best customer service I've ever received from a dealership. He didn't pressure me to buy anything, he was always on standby to answer any of my questions and he was just great to have a conversation with.

I've only had the car for about a week, so I don't want to give top top marks as I've only driven the car for 20 miles since I purchased it. I am due to take the car out on a 300-mile run at some point in the week, so I will get a better idea of the car once I make this trip. For the most part, the car is great.

It was a great pleasure to purchase a car from here. My car is running well and the service was 5* I have no complaints.
