Everything's been running smoothly with my new ride. Had a minor hiccup with the service light popping up early for an oil change, even though the car had just been serviced before I got it. Turns out it's a simple computer glitch that needs fixing, a quick wipe will sort it out. Despite this minor glitch, I'm overall pleased with the entire experience. Phil, the person I dealt with, was fantastic. He handled everything and was an absolute star throughout. It was my first time dealing with this Warwick Hall Cars, and based on Phill's professionalism and the overall experience, I'd definitely use their services again. I needed an everyday car for running back and to form work, I went for the Kia Optima and it is just perfect for what I needed it for, Charles was sound to be honest, he give me more help than I could of asked for. 5 stars all the way.

I had a fantastic experience with my recent car purchase (Renault Captur). Everything is running good as new, and I couldn't be happier. I love driving it, and if I am being honest it's one of the first cars I've had that's relatively decent. The customer service was excellent, with kind and caring staff. Everyone was great, and I received exceptional service from the moment of the first conversation. I would definitely rate this experience a 5 out of 5 – I'm extremely happy with my new car.

Very very very good dealership found here in Hyde. A lovely dealership, clean, tidy and very relaxed atmosphere. Buying the Mercedes C Class was blessed. No one pushed me, no one bothered me and no one was over my shoulder. I made the decision and was given all the time I needed. The car is in immaculate condition and there was great vibes around the dealership.

I have had a Range Rover for a good couple years and I realized how ridiculous it is having such a big, thirsty car for simply doing school run and running around. I wanted something smaller and nippy, but I also wanted to avoid anything which I would perceive as a teenage boy racer car. The Audi A1 ticked all the boxes and to me seemed like a classy, more adult car. It's been perfect so far with absolutely no problems. I am very satisfied with the service I received from John and the team, Incredibly helpful and attentive.

Compared to other dealerships I have used previously, Warwick hall cars are levels above. The customer service start to finish has been exceptional, this is my sons first car while he is learning to drive. He loved the sporty look the DS3 offered, it was within our budget and low millage too. He has been doing young drivers for a while and once his theory is done I don't think it will take him long to pass at all. Highly recommend Warwick Hall Cars.
