I had few problems with my Audi A3 few days ago - rattling noise on acceleration and nocking noises when steering – was really annoying. All been fixed done and dusted by lunch time next day free or charge covered by warranty on Watford Audi – so I’m happy. Thanks! (LS13NYT)

I was too fast to give above review, unfortunately this website won't give an option to remove it or edit it. Anyway - what ever Watford audi \fixed\" is broken again - like it always been - they did nothing at but all and took 2 days of my time. They smile when you there but they're useless."
Brought our Audi A4 from Audi- Watford. We were looked after by salesman Patryk Fetter. Patryk was very professional and very helpful. He looked after us and our boys! throughout the whole purchase, It was refreshing to deal with someone like Patryk who was kind and genuine (very rare to find these days!)Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Well I went to turn up to pick up my Audi Q5 from Audi Watford there was a chip on the windscreen, I obviously let them know and they sent someone out to fix this at no cost to myself. Then the CD player had a problem so I called Audi Watford who replaced this for me again at no cost. This made it very good I thought to resolve issues after a sale without any hassle. I would recommend them to people who want a car dealership who looks after you once you have paid your money
