I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I was looking for a Nissan Juke and I found one online that suited my needs and budget. I contacted Gary who was very friendly and professional, he answered all my questions and he sent me photos of the car, he also explained the features and specifications of the car in detail. I live in Bradford and I’m a teacher so I couldn’t travel to Liverpool during the week to see the car in person. Gary was very accommodating and he booked me an appointment during the holidays. He also arranged for a courtesy car for me when I dropped off my old car as a part exchange because my new car was not going to be ready for a few days. He made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. When I got my Nissan I was very impressed by its condition and performance, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos, however after a month I noticed a minor issue with the car. I contacted Gary again and he was very helpful, he fixed the issue quickly and he apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that everything was fine. I’m very happy with the car and the service I received from this dealership. Gary was honest, reliable, and customer-oriented and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price. I would give them a solid 5 out of 5.

Used Wavertree a few times in the past and always had a great experience with them. Dealt with Chris this time round and he was brill, when you rang him he always took the call and answered any questions that I had or helped me with anything I were unsure about. I am very pleased with the Focus it is a good fit for me and suits my down to a tee. I would not use another dealer apart from these.
