I bought my Renault Clio from here. The Salesman, Chris, couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and explained about the car I liked and let me test drive it, I felt under no pressure at any time to buy. When I went to pick the car up, Chris was very patiently and he explained all the controls and panel inside. The car is great and was immaculate when I collected it. I had too many experiences with car dealers getting disappointed by their lack of professionalism and honesty. They tend to display outdated photos of the vehicle and neglect to inform customers about important aspects related to the car. However, this is not the case with the Wavertree team. I must say, their commitment to quality service is remarkable. From the very first call, Andy provided excellent communication and assistance. The car was exactly as described, in mint condition, which I had searched for. And the truth is that I searched extensively for this specific model, a 4 Series BMW Gran Coupe 430d. I paid a deposit and was promised that the car would receive service and valeting before delivery in a few days. The promise was kept, and when I picked up the car, it felt almost like a new one. To me, the guys there looked like gentlemen who strive to provide you with an excellent experience when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Great job! Please maintain your high level of service! Having owned my previous car for 17 years, I had forgotten all about what dealerships we had around us. It was my friend who reminded me of Wavertree and then I remembered they had been there for a long time. I remember passing the showroom when I used to go out for nights out that way. I didn’t want to give money to a place out of town, I am very local to my home town. When I arrived at the dealership I didn’t know where to start, the only thing I knew is I wanted something similar to what I had become so accustomed to in my last car. The team were reassuring and told me to take my time. They pointed out a few models to me which included a Skoda Octavia, as soon as I saw it, it was like destiny! I jumped straight in and started it up. Its definitely the right car for me and most importantly it’s the right car for my mother. It’s a saloon similar to my previous car and its not too high to get in and out of. I am so impressed with Wavertree and the salesman I dealt with, he was fantastic and ensured that everything went smooth!

I have been without a car for the last 6 months and it feels so good to finally be back on the road! I bought a lovely Nissan Juke from Wavertree and I am really enjoying it. I have been very happy with the treatment received at Wavertree, all of the team are delightful to deal with and I would most definately recommend them.

The team at Wavertree have been looking after me really well! During the purchase everything was plain sailing. Since then I have only had an issue with one of the bulbs in the car but they have told me to bring it back down and they will change it over for me, incredibly caring service and I am very grateful. Other than that the car has been great and I am really pleased with my choice.
