Couldn't recommend this dealer enough, This is not the first vehcile I have had from them! The customer service is of a really high standard and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Staff at Wellsbridge Motorhome Sales were polite and courteous during the sales process although somewhat clueless in terms of the vehicle and its spec or history. Having done a deal of a fully serviced and inspected motorhome we then had a van delivered with two significant faults that were present at point of delivery - boiler not working and satellite TV system completely dead. A bit surprising considering the van had apparently had a pre delivery inspection that had taken three days according to their sales staff ! We contacted them within 24hrs about the faults and having seen the internet feedback we expected some degree of customer service - sadly we were shocked with the blunt response of "nothing we can do to help you and probably not covered by our warranty but suggest you speak to the warranty company and put a claim in after Xmas". So much for their website claim of "nothing is too much trouble" !!!!!!!! In this day and age can a dealer really get away with treating customers like that ? Trading standards and our solicitor agree with us and don't think so but caveat emptor to anyone thinking of buying from them !

This dealership sells mostly motorhomes but they also have a decent choice of used cars. They were nice enough to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the dealers. When we got to the forecourt they showed us round the car and took us through the paperwork. Everything was nice and easy and we drove away that same day.
