I've been looking to replace my Renault Megane of 16 years for the past year or so and being that I had a good experience with the Megane's I wanted to upgrade it this time to a convertible. Searching the net with lots of time to spare during COVID 19 the car I wanted came up on AutoTraders sight and being that they weren't far from where I lived, I figured I would at least go and test drive the vehicle to see if it was what I wanted to change my current vehicle to. Little did I expect to actually buy the car, but I did two days later with the help of some financing via Zuto. Today I drove away with the vehicle and I hope she is a reliable and trustworthy as my previous Renault Dynamique 2004.

Went to Wembley Prestige car sales with a finance deal in place to look at a car we had found on the internet. Could of let us sign and go but listened to us and got us a deal saving £2000 on the deal we had,the guys worked and chased for four days to get us an amazing deal.The big dealerships could learn a lot from these guys thanks again for an amazing deal and services and I would absolutely recommend you visit this garage before you sign for a car at any garage. 5 stars is not enough if could rate it more I would absolutely FANTASTIC THANKYOU GUYS.

Friendly and effective service at Wembley Prestige Cars which was very busy but Sam still made time to answer my questions, had a short wait when picked car up but given a fresh coffee while the BMW 520d MSport I bought was washed.

Long story short, I've been looking for a car for over two weeks straight. Was ready to purchase from another but was uncertain, came here last minute and saw another customer come back 2 years later and purchase another car (must be a decent place right). Anyway, came across a Peugeot 207 cc,13 plate and was given efficient service, car was delivered from another branch, warranty provided, and car was crips.

I purchased a car at the end of March 19 from Wembley Prestige Cars. Within JUST OVER 3 months my the car broke down on the middle of the motorway with myself, partner and 1 year old daughter in. Thank goodness we were able to get over to the hard shoulder in time. The car was pouring with smoke and had an awful burning smell. The RAC towed it 88 miles back to my town for me to be told the clutch had gone (I understand that is a wear and tear issue) and there is a fault in the gearbox. I have been given a £2,000 bill with the likelihood of it rising at the end of repair. I called Wembley Prestige Cars who said there was nothing they could do as my warranty had ended (2 weeks ago!). They then offered for me to have the RAC tow it to their location, but on confirming the following day I was told not to bring it to them as they do not have a mechanic who deals with semi auto gearboxes! No wonder it broke down just 3 months after purchase if there isn't anyone qualified to check the car before selling. I would advise to avoid this car dealer due to the danger they have put myself and my family in. Its heartbreaking having to spend out £1,500 on a car I've just purchased, but to be quite honest we are all thankful to be alive after the situation we were in at the weekend.
