Atrocious in every way. This garage/dealership/racket is so poor. I wish I had looked on the reviews before buying. Bought a £12,000 car in Feb, 8 weeks later breaks down whilst on holiday 110miles way from home. Take it to a local garage and it's the charge pressure actuator. Car cannot run without it so they fortunately replace same day. Call Wembley as it's still under warranty to repeatedly be told I will get a call back in 5mins. Finally after being told a "mechanic" will need to call me back, a man who calls himself the director calls me. He attempts to claim the warranty would only cover engine/gearbox faults or break downs if I take it to their garage. They are in North London and the car had broken down in Bedford. I explained why this was not possible and he becomes extremely hostile and aggressive. He continues to say over and over "with all due respect sir" whilst claiming I should have called them that evening and they would have had it towed down the M1 to Watford and fixed it. Ridiculous is an under statement. I explain I am holding my paperwork with the warranty and there is not a single mention of needing to return this to them for repairs. He again becomes further hostile raising his voice and stating "go on then, take me to court". He seems to calm down when I tell him I am recording the call and tries to offer a £150 "goodwill gesture" the repairs have cost me £386.16 and that I wanted to make a claim on the warranty for this. He then repeatedly refuses to give me his name and finally gives me what I assume is a fake name. This garage is so poor, very poor customer service, refusing to honour warranties even for relatively minor issues considering the car cost almost 13 grand. So now I have to start the process of taking Wembley prestige motors to small claims court. I work in court and from my experience this fortunately is an open and shut case which will cost them a lot more in the long term. Than just simply honouring their warranty. Best avoided, highly suspect "business practices" and terrible customer service. Verging on illegal

Great service from Samir since we got in to the dealership the financing process was smooth. He was able to execute the deal super fast. I would recommend anyone to go to prestige cars.

This is the second time I've bought a car from Wembley Prestige Cars, they were so helpful respectful when I first purchased from them, when I wanted to upgrade its the first place I went to. I wasn't sure what I wanted, the salesman was soo patient with me, I looked at loads of different cars and then decided on a Volkswagen Polo. The staff were really open, honest and up front with me, so helpful and informative. The customer service was just excellent from the start. When I bought the car, they even helped me with the tax, insurance etc really went above and beyond. I highly highly recommend and will only use this dealer to buy cars - they are perfect.

Very happy with both, my purchase and the customer service I received along the way. I was quite an easy customer, I knew exactly what I was looking for, I just needed to find the one at the right price, mileage and condition. When in contact with Wembley Prestige Cars the staff were always very very polite and courteous, they were great. It was a trouble-free, easy and smooth transaction and given the current climate, they exceeded expectations, they were very very good. The car has been perfect, no problem what so ever very happy. I had such a lovely experience buying my new car from Wembley Prestige the car is great, very comfortable and driving lovely. I couldn't be happier with it. The delivery driver delivered the car and it was spotless, it really looked the part. I dealt with 2 different guys down there was were both friendly and very helpful. the delivery driver was really lovely too - and showed me round everything. I will use again and recommend to others. Customer service was spot on, helpful and friendly. The salesman had loads of information and explained things thoroughly. I bought a BMW X3 and I cannot fault it - its perfect. Very comfortable and enjoyable to drive. Its easy on the eye and soon shifts - I'm loving it.
