I wish I could give a zero rating for West Berkshire Motor Company. They were incompetent. I've bought many cars through my time but never received such bad service. They lied about MOT, lied about mileage and the vehicle was on a recovery truck by day 8 after the purchase. I would not recommend West Berks Motor Company.

Bought a 54 plate Audi TT from West Berks Motor Company this July and was served by Nick who was very helpful and had good knowledge of the car and its history. He even delivered the car to be in Guildford for free after business hours. I'm really pleased with the car and service I received and would be happy to purchase from West Berks Motor Company again.

I drove 80 Miles to find that the dealer had mis-represented the vehicle in the advert. He was wrong about the amount of MOT on the car, he misled me about the car having been fully valeted and in fact asked me to explain my definition of a valet. There was a pipe ripped from the engine compartment and the battery was not secure. There was also a completely bald tyre on the off side front wheel. The dealer was rude and obnoxious, and completely refused to return my deposit! Stay well away from West Berks Motor Company!
