All the staff at West Way Nissan in Manchester I was involved with ie sales reception and service department were 5 star.

Went into West Way Nissan Manchester just after new year to look at buying a Qashqai. Despite making it clear I was a cash buyer, the sales rep continually tried to pressure me into taking out finance and then making me aware I could cancel after 6 months to benefit them. Also asked for a quote for the vehicle and they offered me the higher cost despite the website cost being £1500 less...it was also on the car windscreen! When I called back to arrange a test drive, Gareth promised to call me back but I ended having to call him and then he admitted the car had been sold! Nice office but very suspect customer service!

You can’t feel comfortable with West Way Nissan Manchester. Do not make their promise very poor set

Absolutely disgusting customer service at West Way Manchester Nissan. The way they spoke to my aunt is appalling. Trying to upsell her on extras that did not even matter when the problem at hand was not being taken care of. An absolute farce of a company with poor communication between departments. Snotty, bad attitude from the receptionist. Absolutely fuming at the level of poor service.

The customer service from Westway Nissan in Manchester was terrible. When I get the car it will have taken 9 days to get a used car from paying the deposit. There has been no communication from the dealer other than to get my deposit. I then had to call them to find out what was happening. If the salesman was busy I was told that someone would call me back but no one ever did. It has got to the stage where I feel bad giving them my money. They seem to think that once you've paid the deposit their job is over.
