The Vauxhall Vivaro has been great, and it's just the job for what I needed. Tom was good to deal with. I had an issue with the coolant leaking, so the vehicle went back into Wheelers, and they were very helpful at getting this resolved for me.

The Vauxhall Meriva has been absolutely fine, no problems with it so far. When I was looking around online for a vehicle, I shortlisted it as it had very low mileage on it. The delivery could have been organised a bit better and the car could have used another clean. When I was buying the car, Amber was spot on, she was not pushy at all.

Tom and the team were really good to deal with, and they even stayed open on a Sunday for us, which was really appreciated. Car has been fine so far. Id been looking for a while and Wheelers had the car near me. I dealt with Ben & Harry were good. The car wasn’t ready before we went away which wasn’t a problem as I collected it when I got back but I gave a lower score as I had to chase. I really liked how I didn’t feel the sale was forced on me, they gave us the information about the car and how the sales process was. Showroom was nice to chase.

On the day it was fine. My biggest concern was the crack on the window which wasn’t completely fixed and on the handover the car was quite dirty which was abit of a let down. We weren’t informed about a serious recall which was a massive oversight but the salesman Harry was great throughout, he was helpful and courteous. Staff were flexible and friendly and I enjoyed the non pushy sales tactic.

The Toyota Corolla that I purchased has been good, and so was Ben, the salesman that I dealt with on the day. There were a few dints in the car, and most of them were sorted on the day when I went to collect the car. I would recommend the dealership to others based on my overall experience.
