There was a two-week wait to collect the Mercedes Citan from the dealership. I can't blame Wheelers for it. The communication with them was great throughout the process, and the staff were very friendly. When I was over at the dealership, they offered me drinks and everything.

I had an issue with the AC in the Nissan Navara however, Wheelers were excellent with dealing with the issues, and they got fixed. The whole journey from sales to after-sales was absolutely great.

The vehicle developed a fault on day four of ownership. They immediately took full responsibility, took it back and supplied a temporary vehicle. The repair even involved going back to a main dealer. It was returned and so far all is well. Excellent customer service.

Harry was good during sales process. Wheelers were really up front with everything, the car came with a fresh MOT and Service, they let me know it would take 4 weeks due to the queue of cars being MOTed and Serviced. It's all going alright so far with the Hyundai I800.

The Mini hatch has been absolutely fine, it’s been a lovely little car. We’ve been up on a couple shorter trips. We did with Amber initially before she went on holiday and did the handover with Harry, everything went pretty straightforward, everything was all good. Amber lets us look at the car at our leisure with no pressure.

The Peugeot Partner is getting on very well. However, it’s the second van I have got from them as the initial one spent majority of the time in the garage. My experience with Tom was very good.

The Vauxhall Grandland has been really good. There has been an issue as the fuel gauge has stopped working. I will be reaching out to the warranty company regarding it. My experience with wheelers has been very good. I mostly dealt with Amber.

The Peugeot Partner has been fine. As I was rushing, I wasn’t able to wait for the spare key to be sorted as the person who does them was off. When I went to view the van, I dealt with Tom, but he was on holiday when I went to buy the van, so I dealt with Ben.
