Williams BMW Bolton scratched my brand new 1k miles bmw painting the rusty bell Housing that rusted on a new car with weeks & then try to blame me and say it was already there,try and buff that out and remove the lacquer going ott + take a all round vid before you leave your car with these butchers ( b warned ).

Similar experience. Took car for routine service on 3 year service pack. All ok prior. Picked up & running terrible. Came up with a list to put it right of 2k. Didn't do it and car went back to normal after few days. Bought car new off them. Also..run flats .. puncture on a new tyre ?get it repaired about £25. Not the £275 they b.s. you into paying for a new one. They keep your old one and sell it on to repairers who re sell it.
