It’s very bad servicing received from Williams BMW Manchester is so appalling. Following my vehicle re-call. I got advice to take my vehicle to my nearest dealers to get a free repair only for them to damage my car and not owning up to it. When I telephone them to report of the damage to the car, they then wrongly did a diagnostic test and charge me on top of that without resolving the main issue I have complaint to them. So unfair and deceitful dealers, would definitely not like anyone to go through my experiences with these so called BMW dealers, so annoying.

I took my bmw 3 series to Willams BMW Manchester because it was recalled for air conditioning pump security coding and battery terminals the car was in perfect working condition when I went to collect the car I was told that there was a suspension leak and it was in the range of £4.88gbp just for the one and would need both doing which I declined as there was nothing wrong with the car when I took it to them. less than 2 weeks later I started hearing cluncking noises when going over speed bumps it may just be a coincidence but im thinking they have done something to sabotage my car to get more money out of me people please be very cautious when dealing with these vandals. I have taken the car where I bought it from originally and they said it has been tampered with be very careful people I wont take it back to bmw ever again.
