As a returning customer, I've got nothing but good things to say about my car buying experiences here. I've always felt very well looked after by all of the team; they are genuinely the easiest people to get along with, which makes buying a car so much more enjoyable. As luck would have it, they had the exact car I wanted when I was ready to upgrade. So, I headed down to see what deal they could do for me on my previous car that I purchased from here. They were able to offer me very close to what I wanted and even threw in some extended warranty to make up for it, which I was extremely happy with. A couple of days after driving away in my Mercedes A180, there was a slight issue, and my local garage advised that it needed a new track rod end. I called Dave up, and he was more than happy for me to bring it in for a look (which he didn't have to do). It turns out it didn't need a new track rod end, it just needed tightening, which he was happy to sort out. It's been perfect since.

Since I've not owned a Fiat 500 before I didn't know what to expect but other than the gear stick being in a different place, it's been a easy transition from my last car. I've driven it a lot since getting it at the start of July and I'm very impressed with how smooth the drive is. I'm retired now and had the same car for a while, so I wanted to treat myself. I didn't realise they are all computer-based now. It's a little harder to get use to. Non the less, John was perfect on the day! - He was always happy to offer a hand and I didn't feel rushed when asking questions about my now Ford C-Max. We are now enjoying our new car.

Me and my partner have been very happy with our new car that we bought from this company. We stepped foot in some dealerships before this one, where we felt very out of place. This wasn't the case when we visited and walked into Williams Motor Company to view the Citron C3, we felt very relaxed and welcomed. The whole sale from then was perfect and I can't fault it. Since driving away the car has been on some long trips to North Hampshire and we haven't had any issues.

Really happy with my Ford Focus for the time I've driven it. I've been back and forth to South Wales without any issues. The only thing I did notice was that it was missing a headrest, but as soon as I made the team aware of this, they have been brilliant to get it resolved. From the initial enquiry to the handover, everything went without a hitch. I would be more than happy to recommend this company to others.

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I was a little bit more cautious but there was no need to be. Everyone at the dealership was amazing when buying my BMW 316d, I was offered a test drive on arrival, and after agreeing to sort out a small issue with the boot, I took the car there and then. They even put a fresh MOT and service on the car, so I couldn't ask for much more.

You know you've got a good quality car when the neighbours get jealous! - I wasn't looking for a specific car when looking online, as the car is just for emergencies and treated as a spare car just in case anything happens to our main one, but I was impressed with the deal. The lady who handled the sale has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. I even called up for some advice about the car, to which she was happy to help.
