My son is very impressed with his Seat and even though he doesn't drive it every day, he's been on some odd trips without any issues. It was myself that went with him on the day, and everything went according to plan. One test drive later and we were happy to take it home. It's refreshing to visit a dealership where you're treated like a real human being, where you receive straight forward answers and every customer has their own personal experience instead of a corporate feel. Everyone we met was friendly and couldn't do enough to help us while we were making our purchase. Unfortunately, me and my partner didn't have the chance to see the team again on the day of collection due to covid. For my first time visiting Williams Motor Company I'm very impressed with how relaxed the salesman was. I mainly wanted to get a car from here because of the 0 pressure, as at other dealerships they kept trying to force me to buy a car. My Ford C-Max has been good for the time being, so I'm happy.

Andy was the gentleman who looked after me while I was purchasing my Nissan Juke and he was great. There wasn't one question left unanswered and he was just an all round nice guy. Also the car has been great, I love it.

I went through a finance company to get my car so I didn't have much dealings with the dealership but when I arrived to pick up the keys, everyone was so lovely. Luckily, the car was as described because I travelled a long way to get it. Very happy overall.

This was the first time I've ever bought a car online without seeing it in person first and I don't think it could have gone much better. Everything was delt with over the phone, it was all very easy (maybe a bit too easy) and the dealership was happy for me to pick a day for it to be delivered that best suited me. My Ford Focus was delivered bang on time and in the condition described on their website.
