Once they have your money they don’t care. I had to have brakes replaced after only 2 months. They wanted paying and offered if I paid cash they’d forgot the labour which I did. Unfortunately they put on very substandard equipment that are now squeaking and even with video evidence they refuse to deal with it. I would definitely never recommend windmill autos
Windmill Autos have no manners no customer service, think it’s ok to speak to women with no respect. They damaged the car when we had to take it back and still expected me to pay once’s they damaged it. Will never recommended this place to anyone, never buy a car from them they don’t know what they are doing.

I bought a BMW from here not too long ago and its great! It drives really nicely and when I received it, it was clean and in good shape. The dealers were friendly and helpful and I would happily recommend Windmill Autos.

Windmill Autos must be one of the best dealerships around the Bedfordshire area. Bought a used car and had a few problems. Contacted Andy and car was booked for diagnostic straight away and the next visit issue was sorted with a courtesy car provided. Overall I am very happy not only with the car but most of all with the after sale service and communication with the dealer. Definitely worth checking out. Thanks Andy!
I have had my Mini for around 6 months now. Its having to go in for diagnostics as I've had a few issues with it. It was clean and in good condition when I received it and the dealers were very nice. I would say the car is good value for as of now, We'll have to see what the test comes back with but so far I am happy to say I would recommend this dealership.

We put a deposit on a Toyota Prius and organised an RAC check. The check came back with some issues which we discussed. On the dealers advice we also got a Toyota approved check and compared the two reports. We agreed on what needed to be done and the dealer organised this. They were very helpful and polite and we felt reassured that we purchased a good car

This is the second car I have purchased from the guys at Windmill. I have to say yet again the service was exceptional. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Andy was very attentive and he helped us at every stage and worked an acceptable deal for us around a trade in of our old car. The purchased car was presented in a very good condition on the day of collection and Andy even helped me tax the vehicle and change the registration to my personalised plate on line from their showroom. No problems were experienced I have no hesitation in recommending them to any purchaser.
Fabulous service from this dealer,. Had a great selection of automatic cars making my two and half trip worthwhile, the no pressure sales and been able to test drive the car on your own was a real breath of fresh air . The car is as described and I'm really pleased with it . Would recommend Windmill Autos to family and friends and will be my first port of call next time I'm looking for a car.
