Danny was very friendly and patient when I had problems with my bank blocking payment. Hw also helped to tax the lovely Toyota Yaris car. Very happy with the cat, I love it!

We purchased a vehicle from Danny on Christmas Eve. Our car had to be scrapped after failing it's MOT. We had looked at several vehicles but hadn't felt comfortable purchasing from some of the dealers we visited. However, on finding a car at Woodcote Carriages we immediately felt comfortable. Danny went above and beyond for us. It was 1pm on Christmas Eve when we went to pick the vehicle up. Unfortunately we had problems with the finance coming through and had to go away and sort it out. Danny said that if we could get it sorted then he would still let us pick it up. We finally sorted it at 4pm and Danny kindly came back to open us for us and let us take the car. We would have been completely stuffed without a car all over the Christmas period. So thank you for your understanding and great customer service.

I’d question if some of the reviews are genuine as the experience my daughter and I had was very diff from those of most of the “reviewers” – or maybe we have been unlucky with both the car and customer service? The car we bought was awful, and was eventually returned and I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste a lot of time, expense and inconvenience. Just brought a Mercedes Convertible from Woodcote Carriage and dealt with Danny. After making arrangements to view and test drive i was unable to attended. I spoke to Danny and actually brought the car without seeing or driving it. Danny assured me the car was in excellent condition after receiving the car via car transportion and finally getting to drive it he was absolutely right. I took a big risk transferring money and buying blind. But i can honestly say that the car is 100% as it should be. I explained to Woodcote Carriage the type of vehicle I was after (reliable, economical) and the owner suggested Nissan Note or Micra. I test drove the Note and purchased it. An excellent car with no hidden problems at a reasonable price.
