I've found the BMW I purchased from Phantom Moto company to be good so far, good experience. Everyone was friendly and It was generally a quick process, top notch!

The car has been perfect, Really enjoying it since the purchase. I've used Phantom a few times, and to be honest, I can't fault them.

It was delivered, it went into my garage, and it hasn't come out, I'm just waiting for it to stop raining and the sun to come out to use it. I had an Audi A3 convertible and fancied something with a bit more oomph. Audi S3s in the right colour of dark blue and right mileage are quite difficult to come across and this one came up from Phantom I got the alert from Autotrader and I went with it.

I couldn't be happier to be honest the car and service is perfect and the company were excellent. After selling my previous car I needed something else, I don't know if I'm in a Mid Life Crisis going to a Audi TT haha, but I've got an A3 if I want to be sensible. I found the TT on Pistonheads, didn't know anything about Phantom and found out afterwards a friend bought a car from them too, Jon was brilliant, I can’t say it enough, when the car was delivered it was presented in absolutely A! condition, like buying a brand new car. I’d give them a 6 if I could!

Because I'm working away a little bit now the petrol on the M140i was just getting a little bit too much to run and the X3 Diesel seemed little better financially and its running fine nothing wrong with it. Phantom just had the right car for me after searching online and I really liked it, the only issue I had was they charged me for brakes pads on the 140i when I got there. However, the people there were just nice and easy to deal with.

After looking at a Hyundai I30N in Manchester which was a right bag a junk, we found this one and even though it was appointment only they let us nip through and we bought there and then, all the process was just done really well. Even though we had a small issue with it being stuck in N mode it was all sorted through the warranty. We had to get a new car due to cost of insurance, it had jumped by over three thousand pounds on our old car and after looking at quotes we knew we wanted an I30N.

Getting on really good with the car I love it, no problems whatsoever. We just had a baby, so we needed a family car and it’s the perfect size to fit the car seat and pram in the boot. I found the car online and the service was really good, I must admit we had no problems with the guys there. The process was really quick the whole thing was done in about 2 weeks. Everything was done really well, the customer service and the guys were lovely and even gave us a bottle of wine with the car.

I treated myself to an upgrade and went for an Audi s3, I can definitely tell why it is such a great car, very pleased with it. Longin at Phantom was great, he helped me out through every step, any questions I had he answered in detail. it was a really good experience. I would 100% recommend them and already have been to a lot of people. If I was ever looking to upgrade or wanted another vehicle I will be coming back to Phantom. Top dealership!

Got no issues, service down there is excellent and the guys down there are really good who got me in the car I wanted. I just wanted a change from the 5 series that I also got from Phantom into something a bit faster and after speaking to the owner down who said they had a couple of cars coming in, I went down to pick the one I wanted. Plus, when I got the 5 series off them, I had a really good experience. Everyone's just dead friendly, they make you feel welcome and just sort it out for you. Dylan's a top bloke who sat me down to run through all the figures and got it all sorted. It has to be a 5, I’ll be staying with them.

After seeing the X5 online it was exact spec I wanted as we needed a 7 seater with my family growing and its an upgrade over my A Class that I had. I have a had a few issues with the SOS button on the cars the middle row seats they don't go all the way back the way back again, but those are small issues and to be honest the minute I walked in to Phantom the service was good and just made the whole process really smooth
