For a spur-of-the-moment purchase, I'm very happy with my Skoda Octavia. I didn't really have any intentions of buying a car. However, once I saw the Skoda advertised online with full service history, a fresh MOT, and service, it was hard to ignore. Coming from Edinburgh, I called Haydn at 9 am to get a bit more information about the car before making the long trip down. Once I was satisfied with what I heard, I put a deposit down and set off for the 350-mile trip down to Cambridge. I didn't know anything about this company beforehand, so I had to put my all of my trust in the team, to be honest. Eventually, I arrived, and after a quick test drive, I was happy to commit to the purchase. It was a really long day, but putting my faith in the dealership really paid off because the car has been great.

Absolutely loving my Mini Hatch Cooper! I've already put around 3000 miles on the car in the short time I've owned it. Haydn was great, he really knows the industry well because he answered all of my questions on the spot. Compared to other dealerships I've visited, he managed to turn the car around quickly, and there was no messing about. It's been a great experience, and I'm due to extend my warranty, so it will be nice to get in touch with Haydn again.

When I purchased my Peugeot from Ponko, I took the car straight home and gave it a really thorough once-over to make sure everything was in order, and after a long inspection, I can't pick a single fault with the car. Matthew was a great salesman to deal with because he told me a lot more about the car than I could have ever imagined and even gave me a few pointers on how to use some of the features that the car has to offer. Since I would happily recommend Ponko to people I know, I'd gladly give the team 5 out of 5.

I had a great experience buying my Audi Q2 from Ponko. James was really helpful, and even though I was in the market for a new car, I never felt pushed or persuaded into part exchanging my Audi A1 in for a new car. I highlighted a few defects I wanted repaired before buying the Q2, which were fixed as agreed. James kept me updated and sent photos over WhatsApp throughout the process. Collecting the car was a smooth process, and I was very happy with how they valeted it to make sure it was in perfect condition before I drove it away.

Everything is fine with my new Hyundai I10 and I am very happy with how the sales process went. Easy 5 ⭐

I would rate my experience with Ponko 10/10 if I could because the people we're really nice and helpful with everything, nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely get another car from here in a couple of years.

All is going well with my Ford Eco-Sport, I've given the car a good run out since I got it in February, I've even been on a couple of 2 hours plus drives and it all feels good.

When I arrived at Ponko to view the Ford Fiesta that I saw online, I was very relieved to see that the team described the car perfectly! There were no hidden surprises with the car or the paperwork, so for me, it was a perfect experience.

My Toyota Yaris has been a lovely little car, and I'm really enjoying it because its size is perfect for driving around town! I'm not great with names, so I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was excellent; he really took his time to explain every bit of the paperwork so that I fully understood the finance agreement. I wouldn't change anything about my visit to Ponko, but I don't like to give top marks because there is always room for improvement.

Very efficient service from Frederick! The Ford Fiesta they had in stock wasn't in the showroom for long before I snapped it up. So I didn't manage to take the car home on the same day, but we arranged for me to come back and get the car once the minor issues were sorted out, such as a small button on the steering wheel. That was sorted pretty quickly, and on the day of collection, it was nice to arrive to a well presented (valeted) car, which was a nice touch. Everything the team said they were going to do was done, so I can't complain.
