Fabulous service and such a simple process. It's the second car I bought from Ponko, and I've received great service both times. My Nissan has been great up until now (touch wood). Top marks all around.

No complaints whatsoever! I knew exactly what I wanted because I saw the Mercedes-Benz A-Class advertised on Autotrader before making the trip down. Asa knew that we were in a rush, so he pushed all of the paperwork through, and within an hour, I was driving home in my new car. It was the exact service I love receiving because I don't like to wait around.

Matthew was perfect from start to finish; he really made the whole process so easy, and he didn't try to sell me any warranty or additional products, which I've experienced in the past. My Golf has been terrific since driving away! I've been on both long and short drives, and it's doing me proud.

After a long 12 years with my little beetle it was time to let go and get a bigger car for the family. With me and my partner having a little one, we were looking on Autotrader for a Nissan Qashqai because they have a large amount of space and the safety rating on the cars is quite high. This is when we came across Ponko and after seeing the food reviews, we were happy to make the trip down to view the car. Once we got to the dealership, James was very welcoming and showed us around the showroom. He was very patient, because I think we spent about 3 hours with him to make sure we got every question answered, which he did. There was no pressure, no hard sell he really cared about us making the right decision. We came back to the dealership a couple of days later and agreed on a part exchange price for my little beetle, which I thought was fair and it was nice to think my car would live on. I'm currently in Scotland, and the drive up was amazing, it's such a comfortable car and it's made giving up my other car that little bit easier.

Since I've had my car for a couple of months, I thought it would be a good time to leave a review for the dealership. There isn't much to comment on because everything went exactly as expected, everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars they had in the showroom. I was only there for the Dacia that I saw online before making the trip down. After a short test drive and a couple of questions about the car, I was happy to go ahead with it. Since driving the car away it's been great, and the family love it.

A massive thank you to the team for the kind follow-up call after my purchase. I think it's a nice added touch to ensure you get the best customer service. I went for the BMW 3 Series, and it's been excellent! I'm really enjoying what the car has to offer because it comes with so many added extras that I've never used before. There was a small delay with getting the car ready, but it gave me peace of mind to drive the car away with a fresh service history and MOT, plus it's one less job for me.

Everything went as expected when I visited this dealership. There was no hard sell, everyone was professional and my car is running well. There's not a lot more you expect from a car dealership.

Since the car was for my daughter, I'm not sure how she is getting along with it, but I assume it's all okay because I haven't had any complaints from her.

It was worth the long trip for my Seat Leon FR because it's an immaculate car! I had an idea of what to expect when I arrived at the dealership because I asked Haydn for a video of the car before I took the train down, and he was happy to send it across straight away. Once I finally arrived at Ponko, everyone was polite and pleasant to speak to while I was getting my car. Haydn was accommodating enough to push all the paperwork through to ensure I could drive it away on the same day, making sure to save me another trip down. I had a long couple of hours back in the car and t ran perfectly.

My Audi A6 has been perfect! I can confidently say it's been the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The sales team went at my pace while I was making a decision on which car to buy, ensuring I didn't have any regrets about my purchase. Two months on, and I'm still in love with my Audi.
