I loved this dealership so much that I had to recommend them to friends and colleagues, mainly because everyone was asking about where I got my Vauxhall Astra GTC from. I was dreading being in the market for a car because I didn't want to be travelling all over the UK to dealerships that aren't reliable. So after a bit of online searching, I found Ponko, which had the specific car I was looking for. I headed down to take a look at it, and it was exactly what I was after! Before I knew it, I was talking about part-exchanging prices for my van. Even after I pointed out a couple of issues on the van before we came up with a figure, I think I still got a reasonable offer.  I know my car will be good for a while now, but I would happily get another car from here in the future to view the large selection of cars they have in stock.

My husband and I were so happy with our first visit to Ponko because nothing went wrong. Asa showed us around the BMW X1 that we were interested in and told us everything we needed to know. He was brilliant, and I can't fault him at all because he was always in communication with us throughout the sales process and even afterwards. I took out the 12-month warranty for peace of mind (which my husband was against), but I convinced him, so now I'm driving around with confidence.

I've only done small trips in my Ford Fiesta since driving it away in February, but it's been a really reliable car for the time that I have owned it. I've got no complaints about the customer service that Frederick provided because he was nothing short of amazing! I never give top marks, but I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

I took delivery of my new Polo a couple of months ago and I'm very impressed with my new motor! Big thank you to Matthew for making it all happen.

I'm happy with my Ford Focus that I purchased from Ponko! Matthew was straightforward, and when I had a small issue with the car, he was happy for me to bring it back in for repairs. The issue has since been resolved, and it hasn't shown any signs of recurring. It's reassuring to know that there are dealerships that take some responsibility. I wouldn't be doing this company justice with anything lower than a 5 star.

For my first time visiting this dealership, it was reassuring to know I was being well looked after because nothing was too much trouble for the sales team. Asa told me everything I needed to know about the Scirocco, which filled me with so much confidence when buying a car from a company I hadn't heard of, but I had nothing to worry about. The car has been amazing and I couldn't think of a better company to get my car from.

I bought my Mercedes from Ponko a few days ago, absolutely love it. Asa was amazing - so professional but also really friendly and personable, a credit to your team. Big thanks to everyone at Ponko especially Steve who was very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Haydn was great at making a long process very quick because the Nissan Juke I was interested in wasn't even up for sale yet before I spotted it. Nevertheless, Haydn managed to get the car ready while I was sorting out the finances. Luckily, the car has been okay because I got finance approval well before I could take it on a test drive, which meant the first time I drove it was on my way home.

I'm gradually getting used to all the new gadgets on my Kia Sportage because I've never owned such a new car before, so it's a bit unfamiliar to me. I'm particularly looking forward to using my sunroof in the summer, if the rain ever stops coming down. Until then, it gives me plenty of time to learn everything about the car. The team was very understanding that it was a big purchase for me, so they allowed me a lot of time to make my decision.

As a recent customer of Ponko, I can happily rate them top marks for the perfect car-buying experience. Nothing was too much hassle for Frederick, and there was also no hard sell from him, which was a really big deciding factor for me because no one wants to feel pressured into buying anything, especially a car. As for my Ford Fiesta, it's been a fantastic car and I know it will look after me for years to come.
