So far so good with my Mini Hatch Cooper. I've had it for 8 weeks now and I'm still really enjoying the car. 5 out of 5 all round.

If anyone asked what I would do differently if I were to get another car from here, it would be nothing! It was flawless. James answered all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me in the loop all the time, which was nice to know where I stood with the car. I've given my MG ZS a good run out, and it's been a really exciting car to drive.

My Peugeot 3008 didn't stay on Ponko's website for long before I put the deposit down on the car! When the deposit went through, I headed down to the dealership to get it as soon as possible. I had to wait for the car to come out of the garage, and like with everything new, the waiting felt like double time, but it was nice to drive away in a car with a full service and MOT. I've had the car for about 2 months now and done some long trips, like to the Peak District, which is about 2 and a half hours away, and everything went smoothly.

My husband was the one who was directly involved in the sale of our car, so I don't know too much about the customer service. He did mention that James, the salesman, was very patient with him because his English isn't very good. We opted for the Volvo V40, and the car has been great. We've recently replaced the tyre, but otherwise, there are no issues.

Our car's so good we've even made the neighbour jealous! - As soon as we arrived back at home with our new Kia Sportage, within a week everyone had new cars. It's been nothing but fabulous and I'm so glad to have got the finance side of things sorted out because there was a bit of delay from the finance company, so it was a little bit stressful to say the least but it was worth it. The team were amazing they did everything they could to try and resolve the issue, along with bringing us drinks over made it to be a great experience. I've got no issues with coming back here in the future because it was just perfect.
