What a great first impression to the car dealership world! I've never purchased a car before so I didn't know what to expect, the lads knew about this and they made sure to take that little bit extra time explaining the process. Throughout the whole team were very honest and I really valued that with it being my first time buying. I took the car on a test drive and after that, I was happy to take it home. I managed to drive it away on the same day, which was impressive. It only come with 1 key but they recommended someone local to me who could get me a cheap spare one (which I still need to do) I know the car will be good for a long time, so I'm very happy with my experience.

I've had my Honda Civic since February, and it's running well with no issues. It was nice to see that the car was as advertised, leaving me with no hidden surprises, so It wasn't a wasted trip. Great first time experience! - After having my old car for a very long time, I was in need of an upgrade and to finally say goodbye to my 20 year old Volvo. Once I saw the Volkswagen online, I was keen to visit the dealership and see it for myself. On arrival I was greeted by Frederick who was great from the very start. It gave me a lot of confidence with how in depth he was explaining the car. I've had it for a little over a month now, and it's been great, but I'm still trying to get use to the new controls that come with the car.

Overall, I can say that I've had a great experience. There was a small issue with the car after the initial handover, but the team didn't hesitate to get the car in the garage to get the issue fixed. I got given a curtsey car while I waited for the repairs to be carried out and less than 24 hours later I had my car back. Haydn was great from start to finish because he kept me in the loop with the progress of my car and when it would be ready. I would 100% get another car from here.

I decided to call for more information, and after getting all the details I needed, I booked an appointment to see the car in person. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very impressed. The hospitality was exceptional, with the coffee machines adding a nice touch. Asa took care of me during my visit, and he was fantastic! He made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, which made it a great experience. After agreeing on a part exchange price for my old Ford, I went ahead with the Nissan Qashqai, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It's now my pride and joy, and I make sure to keep it clean and well-maintained to make it last a lifetime. I've already recommended this dealership to friends and family, and I'll continue to do so. Everything has been going well with my Volkswagen Golf until someone keyed it as soon as I got it home. I've driven it every day since I visited the dealership and it's been great.

I'm grateful that James had a sense of humour because it really lightened the atmosphere during the whole process. Taking the car out for a test drive was key to making my decision because that's when I truly got a sense of the car's performance. After the test drive, I had a few more questions about the vehicle, but I was satisfied with the answers I received. My Kia Sportage has been great and I'm very happy with it.
