I liked the look of the model of the Mini Clubman. I thought the selection of cars was brilliant. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with one of the lads’ services however the other guys seemed very good, would recommend on that part.

It was a good time with the dealership. Got a nice little car, all good in all. Would recommend to family and friends.

I couldn’t find anything really to fault my experience with North West Trade centre about really. I got referred to them by a mechanic and I was very pleased with the staff there. The only problem I had was with the MOT which was never received however the insurance company have handled it for me. Can’t complain overall.

Best price for the car I seen. I do think some of the photos on the website could be better as It doesn’t really highlight the condition of the vehicle but Wayne I dealt with was all around good.

Tyler at North west was really great. They were local to me and the price range for the vehicles was somewhat comparable. Overall, I thought the length of time it takes to get the car could’ve been improved, I needed to purchase to be pushed through but there was no wiggle room.

Living in London I found the Vauxhall Astra to be more cost effective since I’m not really using it all the time compared to my old car. The car is decent and drives really well, had my eye on that motor for some time.

The ford Mondeo has been alright, had a few problems with it but getting that sorted. It was more affordable compared to the range rover I had being a 20 plate. There was no hassle on the day, it was pretty good.

The sales customer adviser I was dealing with at North West Trade Centre, unfortunately was on the jury service. So out for a week shortly after I had arranged him to get the car. So, all his paperwork was tied up with him and no one else took it on board unfortauntly, but all was fine in the end

My Dad needed another motor, so I purchased the Peugeot Partner. It was decent looking and came with wheelchair access which was good. The experience could have been better when I was coming down with the car being all validated and ready to go.
