We recently bought a Tesla Model X from Phantom. Amir was helpful on the day, and there were no dramas. We had an issue with the door and contacted the warranty, who then advised us they only cover engines, which doesn't make sense considering I bought a Tesla. So based on everything, I'd give my experience a 4-star rating.

Amir was helpful, just a cool guy no pressure from him was a straightforward process. I did have an issue initially so just took the car to range rover who did a system update for me and then everything was fine. I am pleased with the car, it is great to drive. Overall my experience I would give a 5/5.

I would rate my experience a 4/5. The reason being was that when I arrived at the dealership after travelling down from Scotland and I had to wait over 2 hours to get the car while they fitted some new parts. I think the organisation could have been better asd they knew what time I was coming down so I felt it should have been prepared for when I arrived. It was chelsea that I was dealing with and in fairness to her she couldn't have done anything to speed up the process, she was as helpful as she could be. It was just frustrating as it was cold and I was with my young son. They did offer me a coffee etc while I was waiting and actually since having the car everything has been fine, just some areas could be improved to make it a seamless transaction.

The customer service was lovely and friendly, Dylan was really nice and welcoming. The Ford is good I just had some trouble with the warranty, but it’s been sorted now. It was a quick change over, and a quick buying process the staff at Phantom Motor Company were lovely 😊

The BMW is fabulous its top notch, I was just looking for a change! Dylan was brilliant I liked how he wasn’t pushy just let me get on with it, you get some dealers who can be quite pushy but he just let me get on with it and when I needed him he was there certainly a five stars if I could go higher I would I won’t go anywhere else from now on 😊

they were very helpful, though I had an issue with the collection date being changed due to work needing doing on the car I didn't know about then the next day I waited over 5 hours for the car to be ready, only to get home and find out the issue hadnt been fixed on the car, I was also told a replacement sun visor and a touch up pen (for issues with the paintwork that were supposed to have been sorted before I picked up) would be posted to my address and it never was. The warranty i bought with the car has since had the issue sorted and all the staff I've spoken to on the phone and in the garage where polite and helpful and I understand issues come up that you just cant control so not quite I dont judge then too harshly and I would buy from them in future maybe just make sure I dont have to be home the same day next time

Bought a Merc back in September, not had one problem with it. Got no complaints when it comes to Phantom and the service they provide.
