Really great company to deal with while I was getting my Nissan. I think it was James who sold me the car and he couldn't have done enough! - He made sure to push everything through quickly, and before I knew it, I was on my way.

Buying a car can be stressful because you never know if you're going to get a dinger or a good deal. Once we found the Volkswagen Polo online, I took a look at reviews for the Ponko, which gave me a lot of faith in the dealership before I made the trip down. When we arrived, it was Matthew who looked after us and told me everything I needed to know about the car before I parted with my money. I thought he was very honest, and he wasn't trying to sell me the dream. I don't use it much, but for the times I've been in it, I really enjoy it.

I'm getting on really well with my little Corsa! - I've also been on a couple of long trips, and it hasn't let me down yet (touch wood). All of the team were super helpful and not at all pushy!! Everything was on my terms, which is exactly what I wanted. I would happily get another car from here.

I'm new to this because I don't really leave reviews, but I found the process to be very easy while I was purchasing my Ford Focus, so it shouldn't go unnoticed. It was Haydn who looked after me and made sure everything went smoothly, without any issues. I have had to call back because my aircon needed regassing but the team was quick to get it booked in, so I have no complaints.

I always worry about visiting a dealership because it can be intimidating, but at Ponko I was greeted with a warm welcome, and it really made the process a lot more comfortable. I had a good look around without any added pressure and I was very interested in a Peugeot 2008 they had. I approached James, who was the salesman and asked for some more information... once I was happy with the answers to my questions, I took it! The car has been great every since and I'm in love with it.

Bought my Tiguan from Ponko earlier this year and it has been driving great. Having a couple of minor issues that I have spoken to Ponko about - Im very assured that they will help me get these issues rectified. Fredrick was helping us whilst we were in the dealership and even tho being a Sunday he was run off his feet, he still made us feel welcome and was very professional with us throughout.

My Wife uses the Qashqai we have bought from Ponko, and she is very happy with it. Asa helped us and he was very nice, but most of all we cannot believe how quick the process was. VERY pleased with everything!

Once I had bought my new car from Ponko, we faced a couple of issues with the car. Once I made the dealership aware, they swiftly got the car into the garage to fix it. I was pleased they were so keen to rectify, but would have been easier for me if they were able to send me to a local garage to me. But never mind the car is fixed and now never misses a beat.
