First of all, I am very very impressed with Prestige Cars Kent. The staff were extremally helpful and friendly. The process was unbelievably smooth. I bought the car blind, I had only seen photos of the car until it arrived on my drive. The delivery timing was impeccable, when the car arrived it was clean and tidy and looking wonderful. It was bang on time and the driver was more than happy spending the time to explain anything I needed. In the future when I am looking for a new car I will certainly have a look to see what cars this dealership have in stock. I just want to say a special thank you to Adam, he was the one dealing with me, extremally impressed and he certainly went the extra mile for me.

The staff around the dealership are amazing and are very good at the job. The Mercedes E Class is what my husband drives and he is really enjoying it, we have had no problems so far. Prestige Cars Kent run a good operation, the buying process is efficient and straight to the point. My salesman Luke was knowledgeable about the A5 and there was no pushiness from him. The A5 has been perfect since I bought it and has been doing its jobs well. It is going to be five stars from me.

Great experience both during and after the purchase of my A1. The salesman Luke was a pleasure to deal with and always on hand if ever I needed something or had a question. After an initial minor issue the A1 has been driving a treat. I would have no hesitations in returning to this dealership.

My Range Rover is lovely to drive, the road position gives such an advantage. So far I haven't found a single issue with the car. I dealt with Harry at the dealership and the customer service during the purchase was all good, no complaints there.
