I had a great initial interaction with Lee the manager, which continued through the sales process with the salesman. Nothing was too much trouble. I would buy from them again, and I have already started recommending them!

Despite having to replace the wet belt three weeks ago (ouch!), everything else has been absolutely fine. To be completely fair to them, Cartime could never have known the belt was on its way out. It's just one of those things! Hassan delivered exceptional customer service and I'm still very happy.

Buying my Mazda MX from Cartime was a wonderful experience! The car itself is fantastic — I absolutely love it. It was actually the first vehicle I’ve ever bought without seeing it in person, so it was a bit of an unusual situation, but Noel was fabulous throughout. Very happy indeed!

The sales process when buying my car from Cartime was good, and I was pleased with the price of the car. I have had some issues with the aftersales as there's an issue with the air conditioning. They were helpful and told me to bring the car in so they could take a look, but nothing ended up being completed, which felt like a bit of a waste of a morning. Even though this has affected my experience, I would still give them 4 stars.

I do love my new Mini Countryman! I’ve had Minis for a while now, and sadly my old Mini died, so I was on the lookout for another. We found the perfect one for me at Cartime. Hassan, who was helping my husband and I was great, really helpful and even arranged for the car to be delivered from Manchester to Kent, which was much appreciated. Even though it’s quite a distance, I would buy from Cartime again, hopefully not anytime soon though!

For the most part, everything went well when I bought my Lexus from Cartime. There was an issue with the V5, which hadn’t been sent off. This worried me as we were taking the car abroad and wouldn’t have been able to do so without the V5. I ended up sorting this out with the DVLA, but I feel the communication between the sales staff and the administration team could have been better, which would have avoided this problem for me. The car itself is very good, it has ticked all the boxes we were looking for, and I’m pleased overall.

The BMW I bought from Cartime is great and I'm really enjoying it! I must say Hamza was so easy to deal with, he answered all my questions and you can tell he had a lot of knowledge about the car, the one thing I would say is I feel could of been improved is the explanation of the service plan and how to use it. but that said I am very happy.
