I used Essex Prestige a few years ago to buy a second hand car and I loved the service I received, everybody was bubbly, friendly and really nice to talk to. When I wanted to upgrade I contacted them and explained what I wanted, Reis again was fantastic. He sourced the car for me - went out of his way to find me what I wanted, and its amazing! I got a BMW 116D Sport and its incredible, very happy with it. Cant fault the car or service, I highly recommend this dealership!

It was easy and quick to buy my new car, no messing, no waiting. They did everything when they said they would, sorted the part exchange out, the documents, everything, I cant thank them enough for their help and support. I love the BMW I've purchased really happy with it and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it.

Really happy with Essex Prestige!! I bought a Range Rover Sport and through-out the sale the staff were absolutely perfect, they were great, really helpful and nice to get along with, I got back in contact with the dealer not long after buying as a previous paint job on the car has started to flake, they booked me in the day after and got it fixed up - it looks great now, you wouldn't even notice it! The car is running great, its lovely to drive (when I get chance) really enjoy it! I highly recommend Essex Prestige for the customer service and the stock!

We purchased an Audi SQ7 and the car is incredible, I've admired them for a while so took the plunge and bought it. We did have a few issues very soon after buying but Essex Prestige did everything they could and rectified it. Its running and driving perfectly now and I can't fault how the issues were dealt with - very quickly and professional. Fantastic customer service and after sale service, they really looked after me, and for that I'd highly recommend.

I bought the perfect car from this dealer, I'm so happy with it. I've loved driving it since buying and I've had a lot of fun in it! Its a lovely Mercedes, really good condition, low mileage, and the price was very good!! The whole collection was done safely and contact-free, the staff were helpful, polite and did what they could given the circumstances. I would be more than happy to buy here again.
