Georgie and I are now besties; working to an escalated timescale to obtain a vehicle (to an exacting specification) to recover a loved one from hospital after a major operation, I engaged several dealers and these guys were first to come back and hit the brief.
The service was responsive (emails, calls & viewing arrangements) and whilst I declined the optional extras there was no hard sell, only good advice.
However, after my timescales got moved up 24hrs, Georgie (&team) immediately responded; made the car available same day and managed to pull off all the paperwork, cover, insurance, tax, and title with just seconds to spare before the offices closed: like a well oiled military operation.
And it also came with a free teddy bear! Or maybe we got a rather expensive teddy bear with a free, ultra sparkly, impeccably valeted, perfectly presented Range Rover. Either way, hats off and many thanks to everyone who pulled out the stops and got me on the road bang on time.

The customer service at this garage was fabulous. Robert was absolutely faultless. He did everything he said he would when he said. He was not at all pushy, just a genuine guy. Over the moon with the Toyota. It has been just as good as the service, Highly recommend.

I bought a Lexus from Prestige Cars Kent and I am very happy with it. Its a little more complicated than my previous car so I haven't quite got to grips with the sat nav and a few other functions just yet, but I am sure that will come in time, I'm quite enjoying figuring it all out. Philip, who helped me with the purchase, was a lovely chap. He was very good and made everything relatively easy. I would return to this garage in the future if I'm ever in the market for an upgrade

I saw my new Land Rover advertised on Facebook through the companies page and it looked really nice, I called the garage to discuss it. I spoke to Charlie who was really nice. He looked after me every step of the way and really knew what he was talking about. He made sure the car was ready when I went to pick up so there were no delays. Brilliant experience. I would recommend this garage.

I was blown away with the service provided by Luke Russell when I purchased my Honda. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was polite, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. Based on my interactions with him, I would 100% buy from here again and highly recommend Luke and the dealership.

Everything about my encounter with Prestige Cars Kent was perfect. All of the sales staff were friendly and welcoming. I did not come across one person that was negative, everybody was very happy and welcoming. The Porsche is absolutely fabulous! I'm smiling from ear to ear at the thought of getting in it. The recent warm weather has made it all the more pleasurable to drive and enjoy, over the moon - thank you.

I cannot fault this dealership one bit. Helen Gregory was an absolute star. She made the whole process really easy and hassle free. I'm made up with my Porsche! I just hope we get some more nice weather so I can really enjoy it to the full potential. Its a truly a lovely car I'm very pleased with it.
