Iv never bought a car from a dealer before so I was surprised by the great service, very welcoming and more importantly very honest, with no pressure at all. The car was fully valeted and new service and MOT and drives faultlessly. Highly recommended, I would definitely buy from, Concept car credit again.

We bought a lovely new Zafira tourer. It was a great service with a smile and nothing was to much trouble for them .The car came with a brand new 12 MOT and it's a fab car can't fault it. They made sure we were completely happy before we left in our new car I would highly recommend.

The staff at Concept Car Credit were really helpful doing all the paperwork and sorting out the finance when I bought my Seat Ibiza, made the process so much easier. I will be recommending them and will be back when I need to change cars in a couple of years.

This is the second time I've bought from Concept Car Credit, I got a great deal on a Sportage last time, so returned when I needed to change. I've bought an ix35 Hyundai this time, it was described and I felt a good price too. I've loved getting used to the car, tis not much different size wise, but lots of new features and gadgets to figure out. Will be back again next time!

After purchasing our car we had a problem with it and it had to go back in, but they dealt with it very efficiently and I was very impressed with the service and after care I received.. The only negative for us was the distance we had to travel to return the car as this particular fault couldn't be fixed locally and we live a long way away! Concept did resolve the issue at their cost, so I cant really complain about the travel. Can't fault them as a company though and the car is now running perfectly, really happy with it. Would recommend.

What a great company! They did everything very quickly and smoothly, answering my many questions and were really helpful with paperwork etc. I bought a really nice Verso, its going great and I'm very happy with it. I can definitely recommend them if you're looking for good customer service.
