I've had a great experience buying my car from Lancaster Volkswagen. I had been searching for a small car for my daughter (who is due to turn 17 very soon) & came across a car, which I thought would be perfect for her. Bianca, my Salesperson, has been literally superb throughout the process - even returning one of my emails at 4am(!!) She has such a professional approach, but also so friendly with it! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lancaster Volkswagen to anyone interested in buying a used car.

I have had 3 motability cars from Lancaster VW. The cars are good, but the service for a motability customer is appalling. When I ordered the most recent car, I paid the advance payment and other extras upfront. The dealership then demanded the payment when collecting the car and I had to dig out the receipt to prove that I had already paid them. A few weeks after collecting the car, they sent an aggressive debt collection letter to my 18-year-old son who has learning disabilities! When I pointed out the error and explained, again, that the money had already been paid, wasn't owed and that it was totally out of order to be sending nasty letters to my son and not to me (the registered keeper of the vehicle), Russ Jones refused to send a letter of apology to my son or do anything at all to set the matter straight. Be warned - their attitudes are appaling.

Bought a used SLK and received sales service from Molly. Molly was consistently friendly, helpful and nothing was too much to be asked for. Her replies were quick honest and reliable - all you need when you spend your hard earned cash. Big thanks to her !! Highly recommend! Happy customer 😊
