I bought my car from Lewis cox who was from the start amazing! I had a budget in mind and model. He literally made everything I wanted possible. Was very understanding and made sure I was happy as a customer. The preparation and turn around was so fast. Very happy customer. Suzanne the hand over specialist was amazing and so lovely. I recommend buying a car from here, over anywhere else. Definitely coming back 😊

Where to start… I walked into the dealership unsure what the expect, I have a polo but was thinking of upsizing, a chat with Georgia soon ensured me I was making the right decision, she showed me the T-Cross which is basically just a big polo! Built on the same chassie I believe… anyway i drove away in my new car today and I am over the moon with it, thanks Georgia and team!!!! 🙌🏽
Absolutely the best service I have ever received when purchasing a new car, from the moment I enquired about the vehicle to collecting it, it was seamless. The car was immaculate, as described and particularly helpful was Lewis Cox and Suzanne Bland (as well as the other Lewis whose surname I didn't recall when I test drove my vehicle). Cannot recommend enough, they truly deliver 5* customer experience and their vehicles are as described at a competitive price.
It was easy and quick to get it all sorted out and a week later we got are car and are very happy with it as well
Excellent service from the start, contacted to make sure car was still available, appointment made for following day as travelled over 80 miles to see the car. Friendly staff, welcoming site, first order of business was offering us a hot drink, some places forget the little things, not so here. Car exactly as advertised, good price, . No pushy sales technique just easy conversation. Agreed a price, arranged collection date and sale completed. Collected the vehicle 4 days later. I would use Lancaster VW again and recommend them fully to my friends and work colleagues.

Declan was polite and friendly and more importantly genuine. He found a car that was better than one we originally came to look at. Top man. Suzanne was just lovely on hand over, took her time and made us very welcome. The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable. Thank you all.
