Purchased a Porsche Taycan back in February, it’s been great enjoying it. As I couldn’t go and see the car in person, they arranged a video call and showed me everything. They talked me through the car. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described, and everything was fine. Five stars

We came across the Mercedes A-Class as were just looking online for a nice car and we seen it advertised at BVG The experience at the dealership was good. They were friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. We did have an issue when it came to collecting the car and had to travel up twice, as there was outstanding finance that needed sorting first. To be fair, they handled it as best they could and there wasn’t much more they could have done. I’d rate the experience 4 stars overall.

I bought a Land Rover Discovery from BVG, and overall, the experience was okay. I did have a couple of issues with the car initially, but these were sorted under warranty without any problems. The dealership itself was fine to deal I’d rate it around 4 stars overall.

The team at BVG was very professional and made it smooth sailing throughout the process. The Land Rover Discovery has been bob on since the purchase, we just need the brake pads changing. We'd recommend BVG.

I was looking on Autotrader for either a Mitsubishi or a Volvo, I saw the Mitsubishi advertised at BVG and decided to go for that. I would have hoped to be shown the features of the car in a bit more detail on the day, but the salesman was busy rushing around dealing with multiple people at once. In regard to the documentation, it was all straightforward, so based on everything, I'd give it a 4-star rating.

It is a nice change to have a car that I don't have to worry about breaking down every 5 minutes. I came across BVG by mistake, I was looking for finance, and they could do it for £100 cheaper. They contacted me, and from that moment, they went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for Jay or Dom they weren't pushy like other dealerships, and they gave you space. I'd definitely buy from them again and would give them 5 out of 5 without a doubt.

Really lovely people, great service. I would like to add a follow-up to my previous review on their outstanding service. Shortly after purchase, I had a technical issue with an O2 sensor. I contacted Mike in Aftersales, and I have to say the level of support was phenomenal. Mike was incredibly professional and reasonable; he took the lead in negotiating with the warranty provider to ensure the car was fixed with a genuine part. It’s easy for a garage to be nice on the day of the sale, but you see a company’s true colors when there’s a problem to solve. Mike and the BVG team really stood by the car and the customer. Highly recommended for their fantastic care day of, and afterwards!
