It was a pleasant experience buying the Corsa from Car Time, and it has been good since the purchase. My brother went back the week after and bought one as well.

When I was at CarTime, the experience was good. The person who dealt with me was very accommodating. was very accommodating, and everything went well on the day. I actually came across them by chance while looking online, and it turned out to be the same place a colleague had recommended, so that worked out well. There’s been one minor issue, but it’s only cosmetic. I’ve already been in touch with them about it, and they’ve asked me to get a quote to sort it.

Couldn’t thank the team at cartime enough, specially Moncef! Had a very positive experience from the moment we stepped in! From the test drive to, trading my old car in we got a very decent price in exchange for our current Merc! Moncef was very clear and explained everything to us! The team and Moncef kept us in the loop and made sure to keep us updated about the process! Customer service was on point and I also couldn’t thank him enough for being so friendly and coming in on his day off so I could collect the car as soon as! Honestly so thankful and appreciate all the time he gave us!

4. quick, easy and good value

So far so good with the BMW X3 i purchased, overall it was a good experience, with slight issues with the front sensor and a few more bits of information I would have hoped for on the day. I'd still give it 4 stars.

The service was really good, everything went well from start to finish. They made time for me, didn't rush me, helped with anything I needed I really couldn't fault them. I did have one issue with the tyre pressure sensor monitor, however they sorted this for me quickly and apart from that everything has been great. I have already recommended the dealership to others just as I had such a great buying experience. 5 stars all the way.

I was very impressed with the customer service at CarTime. They went above and beyond to help me out. As I didn't have a way of getting to the dealership they came and picked me up from my house so I could view the car test drive it etc. They then dropped me back off and delivered the car to me free of charge. The level of customer experience was some of the best I have received. It was a quick turn around also. The only thing I will criticize is that there was no charging cable in the car. I didn't chase it up as already had one at home. But for that reason I would rate a 4.5. Everything else went perfect, would highly recommend this dealership.
