No complaints at all, everything has been perfect! There is a bit of squeak from the brakes. However, I want to get it checked out before raising it with Concept Car. Jamie was absolutely brilliant. He helped me massively. I can’t fault him at all.

I've used Concept before, and they are always good, the car didn't have a fresh MOT on it this time but it's just a little hickup i'd still give them a five

The whole experience was great. I have had a couple of smaller issues, but they’re minor. I had a Polo before and wanted something a bit newer and a hatchback. I was after a hatchback again, and the VW Golf from Concept Car Credit fit the bill and was also in my price range. There were a few delays initially and I would have liked to have collected it sooner. The whole finance process with Rob was very clear and easy with no hiccups.
