This will be my second car from them. It's an easy simple process. No issues with them. All the paperwork was explained to me. There are a couple of niggly bits that I’m waiting on the dealership getting back to me on. The sales person was good, made me cup of tea and the best part was that I drove away within two hours of going to look at the car.

I applied for finance and Concept Car Credit called me. It was super easy to apply which I was surprised at and the finance plan fitted my budget. They were very detailed, customer service was good and everything. They did everything for me. No complaints with the car.

Four stars as they need to check the cars before delivery but the lady I dealt with was amazing, she explained everything. I have already recommended them.
